I think that K-Shoot Mania isn't really necessary for the source, and you can add Rainbow☆Rainbow to the tags since the MP3 is from that version of the song.
I not cut it and I even don't use that full ver to give DE-CADE the K-Shoot MANIA ver.! My mp3 really from the K-Shoot MANIA ver. YOU SHOULD REALLY KNOW THE DIFFERENT OF THOSE MP3s

Should tag it, can't remove it, only remove beatmania, the album name should be in tag, can't be in source!

And the cut ver. now semi-very same with the old one!
First, that K-Shoot MANIA's mp3 is like the remix's ver (rankable) after applied, change the source to K-Shoot MANIA
Second, that cut idk but the cut is seems very for preview, necessary to remove the last part! idk it rankable or not
Finally, Rainbow☆Rainbow is the name of the album, not the anime, the game name, not the thing you can put it into the source, remove it and move it to tags!

It wasn't K-Shoot Mania sir Spy, the mp3 is from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xz7HZJqs6hY , Trimmed Original Ryu* song and it's different with IIDX one and got no relation with that

so is it Unrankable ?

iirc IIDX maps can't get ranked unless songs have been previously taken down. And unfortunately there was a Go Beyond map taken down already (https://osu.ppy.sh/s/19705). That needs confirmation from someone above though
