Rename to Normal is fine imosorry nvm lol this is too easy to be a Normal. If you want to follow IIDX naming system then rename to beginner. And to rank this mapset you need a 8K Normal to fulfill the gap between easy->hyper

Following the most audible instrument is better imo, so:
00:02:700 (2700|2) - move to 00:02:625 (2625|2) -
00:02:850 (2850|3) - add a note

00:04:800 (4800|5) - add a note

i just want to say that i think having a jackhammer on 8th column is a bit tiring for players who use their pinky fingers for playing (my 8k config is |A|S|D|F|J|K|L|;| for example), and i suggest alternating it to 2nd column more often

not really that much of a problem imo, so it's ok
