I agree with most about the spread. Since the Insane is pretty difficult for this type of song, an Easy diff would fit nicely, especially since it's TV size. Then you could make Normal more complex and entertaining.
All in all needs more work imo. Work on the spread and let me know if you need more help.

- The youtube video you have linked in the description has been removed. www
- You need to remove "TV size" from the title because it's not in the original source title.

Thanks Tari for source.
- 00:02:742 - You can make this opening sound more interesting if you add some volume variations imo. I want you to try adding a green line here and reducing the volume to 15%. It reflects what the music is doing. If you want you can try reducing it again at 00:03:864. Up to you.
- 00:18:443 (1) - How about replace the finish on the end with a whistle? This finish hits 1/4 after the one in the music so it sounds loud to me.
- 00:22:929 (1) - ^ Same about the finish on the end.
- 00:29:098 (3,1) - See if you can make more spacing between these two so it's an even 1.1x.
- 00:42:556 (4) - Try flipping it over, you can make the flow much more interesting since it curves the line the cursor makes differently. Just an example, I guess I didn't like much how a lot of your sliders just follow each other in the same curved line. You can make it more interesting with flow variation.
- 00:57:976 (3) - Seems better if it doesn't follow in the same line as the 00:57:135 (2) did. Try Ctrl+H on the 3 and placing it like this. You will have a better flow into 00:58:817 (1,2) as well imo.
- 01:23:771 (1) - You forgot to reduce the volume of the spinner to 10% like in Hard. It's way loud right now.
[Hard]
- HP+1 imo, it seems too low for the difficulty.
- 00:01:341 (3,4) - That's a really big jump for this soft and quiet section of music. Consider reducing it since all the other patterns in the section are close to 1.6x spacing. Seems like sticking with that would be better for this soft section.
- 00:02:742 - Same idea about the volume changes as Normal.
- 00:23:490 (2) - Try this pattern? Better flow and better to play imo:
- 00:24:892 (5) - How about Ctrl+G? More rounded circle flow can feel nice to play. Maybe you can adjust spacing if you do.
- 00:29:658 (1,2) - I don't think you should make a jump to the 1/6 slider like this. The rhythm can already be difficult to read for the player, I think 1.6x spacing would be better. Same would apply for 00:39:471 (3).
- 00:45:359 (1) - Consider ending the spinner at 00:46:481. I think it's really nice to give the player some time to recover here, especially since 00:47:042 (1,2,1) is pretty big spacing.
- 00:56:294 (6) - I think you can make this pattern more complete if the 6 were pointed in the same direction as the 4. Seems strange in the pattern that the 4 is the only one pointed a different way.
- 00:58:537 (5) - Rearrange to place in blanket with 00:57:415 (3) might be nice.
- 01:09:191 (4) - How about blanketing this on the 3 and making the 5 a similar curve. Seems like you were going for a circling effect here. I think you might like the way it plays:
- 01:13:397 (3,4,5) - Try to work more on the placement here. Copy the 3 and rotate it 15 degrees. Then place it in the blanket. Then do the same with the 4. If you rotate each by the same amount, you can make an even blanketing pattern:
[Kibbleru's Insane]
- 00:00:500 (1) - Maybe curve it like the 00:00:920 (2). Looks much nicer to me:
- 00:02:742 - Same suggestion as the other diffs. You can try to reduce to 15% volume here, and maybe further at 00:03:864. Try it.
- 00:14:378 (2) - How about curve it and point it down onto the 3? See if it plays nicer for you:
- 00:15:920 (5,2) - Move these closer? I thought it would be nice to have consistent spacing through 00:16:200 (1,2,3) since the jumping doesn't fit the vocals there.
- 00:21:808 (4,5) - Consider making spacing consistent with 00:21:247 (2,3). I think it might be better to read that way.
- 00:26:294 (3,4) - I suggest to make more spacing here since it's spaced similarly to 00:26:574 (4,5) right now which is 1/4. You can try this:
- 00:34:004 (7) - Maybe it can be more smooth to play if placed around (424,56). Otherwise the jump to the 1 is pretty intense.
- 00:55:593 (6) - I suggest to delete this note. I think it will take some edge off this pattern (releave overmap) and matches the break at 01:04:425. Plays much nicer to me.
- 01:02:602 (8,9) - Needs more spacing if possible to make it easier to notice the 1/2 rhythm here. Maybe you can flip it 90 degrees like this just so it's not pointed directly at the 9:
- 01:22:088 (5,6) - This jump feels pretty sudden here after moving right in a line from 3-5. I think you should move 5 closer to reduce it, or try like this:
