I'd also recommend AR8.5. Even if it's mapped on the 1/4 ticks and thus effectively doubled BPM, the song is still rather calm. So AR8.5 would be a good compromise and would also allow for DT plays without requiring 10.3 reading.

00:02:742 - You can make this opening sound more interesting if you add some volume variations imo. I want you to try adding a green line here and reducing the volume to 15%. It reflects what the music is doing. If you want you can try reducing it again at 00:03:864. Up to you.
00:18:443 (1) - How about replace the finish on the end with a whistle? This finish hits 1/4 after the one in the music so it sounds loud to me.
00:22:929 (1) - ^ Same about the finish on the end.
00:29:098 (3,1) - See if you can make more spacing between these two so it's an even 1.1x.
00:42:556 (4) - Try flipping it over, you can make the flow much more interesting since it curves the line the cursor makes differently. Nice I really enjoy your overlaps. Flow and placements are nice, it's a bit overmapped yes but fun to play imo.

I agree with most about the spread. Since the Insane is pretty difficult for this type of song, an Easy diff would fit nicely, especially since it's TV size. Then you could make Normal more complex and entertaining.
All in all needs more work imo. Work on the spread and let me know if you need more help.

Nice I really enjoy your overlaps. sniff. first person to say that they liked the overlaps ;^; Flow and placements are nice, it's a bit overmapped yes but fun to play imo.

I agree with most about the spread. Since the Insane is pretty difficult for this type of song, an Easy diff would fit nicely, especially since it's TV size. Then you could make Normal more complex and entertaining.
All in all needs more work imo. Work on the spread and let me know if you need more help.

Kibbleru's Easy:
Lower the AR to 2?00:00:500 (1) – Curve it a little bit more. I think it will then look better. Just my own opinion00:30:780 (2,3) – I think it will look better if you blanket instead00:40:873 (1,2) – Same here, a blanket will look nicer since it’s also an Easy00:58:257 (3,1) - ^01:01:060 (1) – Curve this one a bit more01:03:303 (1,2) – Blanket01:06:668 (2,1,2) – I think you should rather make these sliders’ shape the same as this slider: 01:05:546 (1) - (Just a normal curved slider) It will look neater in my opinion and more organized 01:19:004 (1) – Curve this slider more so it’s blanketing this slider: 01:19:845 (2) – 01:22:088 (2) – Rather place this hitcircle here: X:356 Y:104. It supports the flow betterI pointed out a lot of blanketing potentials to avoid too much overlapping. It can get confusing for beginners if there are too many overlaps and blankets also just look neater in my opinion. If you add a bit more blankets, this diff would be perfect.

About combo colour 4, I think there isn't that colour in the BG, so I'd change it by another one, I guess. (It's not a big problem though)

I consider totally unnecessary changing SV in a Normal diff, but that's up to you. It's a bit sudden changing DS since 01:05:266 (1).

01:12:275 (1, 2) - Kinda confusing, sliders are really near. You could move (2) to x:332 y:208, for example.

Overall, great mapset. Just a few minor things that need improving.

General:

add 1500 AudioLeadIn, to have 2 secs before the first object in the mapset

Kibbleru's Insane:

First to all the map play really nice, but personally I dont feel it fit the song, In my opinion is a bit overdone and feel a bit overmapped in some parts <:, and that make a bad feeling for me when playing your map
00:06:948 (8,1) - there are small issues like not perfect blankets, this is really minnor and not really important, but they can improve the design of your diff
00:19:285 (3,5) - not really a fan of this overlaps, since they look more like a mistake than actually on purpose, try to clean your map a bit also
00:45:359 (1,2,3) - after your high spacing here, the next slider in 00:46:481 (4) - feel really not nice to play, since the antijump feel not good IMO
01:22:929 (8,1) - I was expecting a jump here, since it will be justified by the music, IMO
To be honest there are a lot of not justified jumps, plus the high SV and the way this is mapped doesn't fit the music as it should, if you ask me I'll try to map this kind of relax song with less jumps and more consistency with spacing, but maybe just me.

Hard:

Use OD6 is better for the spread, since Insane have 7, also you are using AR7
00:04:285 (5,6,7) - thys rhythm seems not consistent with the one you used in 00:03:163 (2,3) - , I prefer if you keep consistency and use a slider instead of 00:04:285 (5,6) - will be more suitable for a hard diff.
00:11:714 (1,2) - do you also have tiny issues woth your blankets~ as I said before is not really important, but keeping then perfect will make your map more attractive to play
00:17:883 there is not sound at this point, is not better to move this to 00:17:742 were the music is.
00:18:864 (2) - I havethe feeling that you are following the vocals most of the time, what about removing this slider 00:18:864 (2) - and adding a single circle in 00:19:004 following the vocals?
