Good map and a little suggestions here.
I don't know why it has a brief time backed to colored when the map starts and ends. Maybe you should make something to let it be grey when it starts and ends.
And I think since you don't have something quickly strobing, it's not necessary to use epilepsy warning.
Your storyboard image is 1200x768, and ranking rule says:
Combo color is really hard to differ from each other and from the BG or SB. Try another scheme to make them differ from each other.
Would be a lot better if fixed general issues.

Example:00:53:794 (3,1) - Although it's the hardest diff and the sliders are really great, I think starting a slider in the middle of another slider will be confusing. But I've got no idea to fix it without chaning the beautiful slider 3.
01:12:651 (1,2,3,4) - Try to make a smaller distance in the stream. For 2 reasons. 1, the flow is just downward and a sharp turn to catch the stream. 2, the distance is kinda like big(3,4) to small(4,1) and big(1,2,3,4). So I just suggest that(distance 0.5x):01:46:937 (1,2,3,4,1) - Hmmm testplayed here for several times and the stream is kinda hard to catch. The distance control is not balanced with the diff. I suggest a smaller distance. Example(may not be so accurate,distance 0.5x~0.6x):Hitsound
