The objective of this top 20 is to be the most accurate classement possible right ?
So why you take into account pp system you'll loose precision
They are plenty of great players who doesn't care about pp (saori keine evangeline...) and that would be a disavantage for them
I don't understand why you can't change the rule , just change it nobody is gonna be against that

Why did I add the restriction rule of country voting

Since VelperK and Vernas didn't play much in this year, (Especially both didn't play for higher than 2000pc since October 2013 ~.)so I excluded them.

2. Dusk (hr scores that no one but exgon and maybe Serena- can pull off)
3. Mentali (like vernas but plays hd/hr and has a lot of scores that people didn't see coming)
4. Serena- (HR user that is really good)
5. Vernas (one of the best ar9 users if not the best)
6. SkyDuDu (one of the best hr users nothing more to be said)
7. Rantanzyon (came out of nowhere after he bought his new kb and did all the insane hard fruitender maps within 3 pc if not less also he holds HD fc on pavor which is good)
8. CLSW (similar to spectator but more crazy with ar10 and other sorts of low cs maps)
9. Spectator (hr and hd skill that is very similar to clsw's)
10. Notekuroi (all around good user with a spice of dt skill that exceeds most people)
11. Keine (one of the best dt users around)
12. HARP (crazy hd and nomod play that is consistent)
13. e0486 (insane hr skill and play that no one knows about "maybe some people" check out his youtube vods)
14. -Kara (unknown all i know is that they are really good i haven't checked them out recently)
15. Yukiteru Amano (I thought about this one for awhile but he has outstanding AR10 skill and dedication to pass a hard map)
16. Abstract- (some hr and hd plays that made me surprised)
17. -itsy_v2- (outstanding consistent hr play)
18. Zak (one of the best if not the best hd user there is)

the reason serena- is not on this list is due to personal knowledge.

You can still vote but you don't have your mod specialists , also kuroha neko cheated some scores, therefore his vote will not be counted

But tbh I don't get what's wrong with voting the top 20 (aside from Kuroha because it was against the rules) in terms of performance though. *shrug*
