Actually that has been a problem for the longest time on ctb top 20's, most of the times is hard to get 50 people to vote and at the end those that never vote always start Q_Q because they couldn't vote because due date, wait for CLSW to see if he wants a due date or not

If we make a due date instead of limited votes, bonus points from the others (pp rank, CWC participants, and Mod Specialist bonus) wouldn't be balanced.

So why you take into account pp system you'll loose precision
They are plenty of great players who doesn't care about pp (saori keine evangeline...) and that would be a disavantage for them

8. CLSW (similar to spectator but more crazy with ar10 and other sorts of low cs maps)
9. Spectator (hr and hd skill that is very similar to clsw's)
10. Notekuroi (all around good user with a spice of dt skill that exceeds most people)
11. Keine (one of the best dt users around)
12. HARP (crazy hd and nomod play that is consistent)
13. e0486 (insane hr skill and play that no one knows about "maybe some people" check out his youtube vods)
14. -Kara (unknown all i know is that they are really good i haven't checked them out recently)
15. Yukiteru Amano (I thought about this one for awhile but he has outstanding AR10 skill and dedication to pass a hard map)
16. Abstract- (some hr and hd plays that made me surprised)
17. -itsy_v2- (outstanding consistent hr play)
18. Zak (one of the best if not the best hd user there is)
19. YERTI (for fl plays and nomod plays)
20. Sousaki (for mastering both nomod and hd)
