A simple fix to this is to go to Timing > Timing Setup. Under the Inherited Points tab, select all (Ctrl+A)l and move selected offsets by +11ms. Don't forget to repeat for every difficulty.

Are these diffnames really fine?
"Newbie" is pretty obvious, yes, but "Deagle God" doesn't really imply anything harder than "Pub Hero". Those are two completely unrelated names with no actual difficulty implication
