Hello, just thought I'll try modding this. Hello
[Hard]
01:33:960 (1,2,3) - Small change here, to make it more interesting: http://puu.sh/7IPGZ.jpg Fixed
[Easy]
00:49:344 (2) - Starting a slider here feels a little awkward, maybe break this into a circle followed by shorter slider instead. That way the beat feels more consistent overall to me. No change
02:40:463 (1) - Have this start one beat earlier, when the singer says "don't" (in the other kiai times, a slider starts as soon as singer says "don't", but in this part there is none, so again this is for consistency) Fixed
Thank you for modding !Narwhal Prime wrote:
00:19:459 (1,2) - Flow is great until here: probably reverse slider 2 and orient it so that the cursor draws a right-side-up U from right to left. No change
00:24:405 (9,10) - Remove these as the previous measure did not contain these 1/4 notes. Fix
Regarding the previous note, throughout the song there are similar parts like these (e.g. 01:09:652 (4,5) and 01:11:441 (2,3) ) where the singer trails off at the end of a verse. Try to make the beat consistent on these parts. No change
00:39:452 (4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4) - These are all 1/2 notes and felt a little tedious. How about adding 1/4 notes when the singer goes "baby, you are"?No change
01:14:598 (6,7,8,9) - Stream instead of stack? Similar parts like 01:18:070 (2,3,4,5) are streams; they flow better. Fix
01:45:955 (10,11,12) - same as above: stream instead of stack, especially since because of 01:45:745 (9) it feels awkward keeping cursor in same location. No change
It should be, it is a Nightcore mix after all.R11 wrote:
Would the tag "nightcore" be allowed?

There's one problem I found in Giffen's Shotgun
01:00:918 (5,6,7,8),01:28:067 (7,8,9),01:45:745 (9,10,11,12) - Keeping triplet stacks and singles together may be confusing for some people, especially how it can be accidentally viewed as a 5-note stack and the player will either miss or have a bad accuracy on it. I recommend keeping the single a different position from the triplet.
