Hm, seems overall it's pretty much everywhere due to the above reason. Try to at least make it a little more consistent length-wise. Right now you're ended up transitioning on rogue notes that don't really feel like changes in phrasing and it just feels weird. The reason I've skipped some of the downbeats is because imho they do not have a strong enough sound to really differ from the other normal white ticks and do not make a significant enough difference to be noticeable when playing, especially for a newcomer to the game. However please tell me about the other "rogue notes" that you mentioned

Feels like you're going a bit overboard with the 1/4 use tbh. Remember, this is a Hard going up from a relatively easy Normal. Pretty much all of your triple 1/4 s used felt extraneous and unnecessary. That 5 hit stream could probably stand to be changed to a repeat slider so that it fits with the overall difficulty of the rest of the map. So basically cut down on the triples and make that stream a repeat slider, yes?
