Changed everything you mentioned except the jumps in Normal. I figured Normal shouldn't be too easy and the jumps are not that hard to reach, even for a Normal.

Playing with default skin's hitsounds, the few whistles in this map come across as very random, and make the otherwise-nice hitsounds feel messy. Add a few more in so they don't draw so much attention? I don't see it as messy, I like the way it sounds. Unless there are some specific areas you are talking about that I haven't noticed.
