I think they're rounding it up a little now, additionaly to paying tribute to the success of the franchise that conquered the 3DS'es library in a mere instant after release.

The Master Ball thing is a really neat thing and oh man, the BGM on the whole SSB4 livestream was first class eargasm.
and a Ranked Online Mode for all the hardcore Smash Bros competitors.

With this announcement, i'm more than sure SSB4:3DS will come out around July... can't wait for this game to be finally out.

I hope that they'll announce another character overnight, i hope it's C. Falcon ;_;

how are they going to distribute the alt costumes? via their own DLC or its already included? if 3DS has its own mode, i wonder what will the Wii U version have

Now i have more reasons to get a Wii U. i think i saw a Melee stage there. i hope for N64 stages too, never gets old enough. and i also hope Goldeen does SOMETHING this time, if it appears. and btw what do you think the Master Ball ratio will be of appearing in scene?

For a disappointing reveal, Greninja is alright I guess.

I had no idea who Greninja was so when I first saw him I thought "Who the hell is that?". But he looks cool though.
They're possibly saving the last character reveals to E3 because they can't reveal any new chars after 3DS version comes out because 3DS and Wii U versions have the same roster.

who in here thought that the new challenger was going to be Mewtwo? which ratio will have the Master Ball of appearing? will they also bring N64 stages(i saw a Melee stage)? will the Smash Ball be an exception in battle for Glory mode or not? will Meta Knight remain in tier #1(if it returns)of the most used characters online? which online mode will be most played: For Fun or For Glory(excellent topic for a poll)? there will be a SSE-like mode? will the new anti-foul play system be successful? what do you think about the Smash Run mode? what kind of gesture does Sakurai do when taking some kind of break? will the game be successful as Pokémon X/Y or even more? if i occur any other questions, i will edit the post

At least not me, there are too many pokemon as a playable character now. But Mewtwo in Pokeball/Master Ball? Who know.

Sakurai said the game will runs smoothly at 60 fps in 3DS.
Even when open 3D mode?

(I play pokemon Y with a power saving mode on and 3D mode on, it lags when battle. Does power saving mode counts?)

SSE was the shit. I really hope they are including a similar badass adventure mode.

As far as I'm aware, there's no plans of bringing an adventure mode back, though I'm really curious about the Wii U-only mode...

there were rumors that they were planning to make an adventure mode, but the CG movies of it were leaked into the internet. and because of that, they decided to not include it. however that's just rumors, idk if its true or not

I am saddened that MM had to tag along with Capcom after all those years and would've been better within the grasps of a company like Nintendo, maybe even would return in all it's glory after a few hiccups of sequels or new titles in the name of Mega Man.

Especially because Capcom failed hard in investing/marketing into Mobile Gaming (spoken in terms of Smartphone Gaming) and losing a bunch of expected money.

What does me really annoys are the character picks this time:

- I mean, who in the world needs Lucario. seriously, bring Mewtwo back.

- I am really confused about the choice to keep Charizard in but let the rest of the Pokemon Trainer out. I found Squirtle and Ivysaur pretty nice and the conception of this "fight style" is cool. Well.. let me continue..

- Toon Link (or Younger Link, choose whoever you want because both are nonsense) would have a lot of potential; take the younger link of Majora's Mask and change him that he can transform into Deku, Zora and Goron Link. It would be a bit similar to the Pokemon Trainer but by this way Younger Link would have such a better usage as currently (or Toon Link) and it wouldn't feel like having the almost same character twice.

- FALCON!?? WHERE ARE YOU?!

- Greninja is somehow really really weird to see it as playable character and he doesn't really fit into this character schema. However I'd love to see Mewtwo Y (yes, I want Mewtwo so urgently back in SSB) for the 6th Gen Pokemon in the latest SSB game.

- And come on, if you already brought Sonic then please give him Tails or Knuckles.. A character from the Sonic series which I'd love to see would be Jet Hawk from Sonic Riders. DAMN I tell you guys to see him as character for SSB would fullfil my dreams.

- Did I already mentioned Mewtwo? Yes?.. Okay.

I liked Squirtle a lot. I don't understand either why the rest were left out.

Maybe they just forgot they had Pokémon Trainer in SSBB when they announced Charizard-only for SSB4. Oh well.

Squirtle was okay for me to use, but I absolutely had a hard time with Ivysaur.

Same. I didn't really use Charizard or Ivysaur, but out of these two Ivysaur was worse for many reasons.

Ivysaur was okay though it was the least favouritable out of all three to play with imo,
so i constantly was switching between Squirtle and Charizard most of the time.

I do use Ivysaur only if i'd want to poke with aerial razor leaf and delivering a meteor smash (even though Charizards is a bit better), but that's the only case iif i ever use Ivysaur.
Sometimes in custom maps when some friends of mine use their custom maps with a lot of platforms underneath the level, i cheaply use neutral B to chip out some damage; if they stand right above me while i'm underneath, i mostly hope to hit them with an air up to knock them out.

That's as far as my combat with Ivysaur goes,
not very technical.

Following the game so far I had love and hate some of the things in it, like not seeing Mewtwo :(

But for those who think that Captain Falcon might not return, remember, the Samurai Goroh assist trophy made a comeback in this game during the Smash Bros. Direct so that might be a hint that the cap might come back. As far as I am concerned, the "Perfect Attendance Crew" will be there unless Sakurai has a reason to break that up, so Capt. Falcon, Ness & Jigglypuff might retain their roles as hidden characters like always.

Sakurai did mention somewhere that there will not be any transformations, hence why Zero Suit Samus, Sheik and Charizard are separate characters (Charizard being the most chosen of the 3). From what I saw of Little Mac's special ability, I think he gains his meter by landing hits, so best bet is to K.O. him before he K.O.'s you, most preferably getting him in the air.

As for a sort of story mode, maybe they might do something similar to Melee's Adventure mode.

i'm surprised that nobody noticed this. what happened to the Star K.O. and Screen K.O.? because when the characters are knocked away upwards, they blast off.

and if anyone wants online Brawl before the shutdown, post your FC or PM me. by popular decision, the matches will be at Final Destination with no items(unless most of you decide the opposite)

Lugia and Latias confirmed as Poké/Master Ball Pokémon (but not Latios... what?).

Makes me wonder how rare the Master Ball will be now.

bumping, since no real news are arising for SSB4 and such,
but it's still good to think about maybe future additions to the roster.

and somehow, i really do see someone like Chrom from Fire Emblem Awakening making an appearance in SSB4, basically because the FE roster since SSBM always occupied Marth and someone else from the franchise.

Though, still no news about veteran fighters like Ness, Jigglypuff or C. Falcon in making an return.
