4. 00:45:548 (3,3) - These notes are so powerful it felt weird to play them easily like this at the end of a stream. That's why i would suggest to turn the streams into this:

Try lowering your AR so your approach circles are larger, making it easier to make blankets between notes that are far apart. ok, changed the position, but not AR because the sv is not enough slow to se a lower AR imo

01:45:184 (2,4) - the overlap here doesn't look nice. You can try stacking (4) on the head or tail of (2), but you would have to move around some sliders. yes, there is overlap, but also is true that while playing the slider that is overlapped is no more seen (and I don't really want to change pattern now...

Didn't really find anything wrong with the normal, just had a few problems with the Hard diff, and your Insane looked really nice, just one problem.

a gap between Normal and Hard feels a bit far if you ask me but it is as far as between Hard and Insane too so it's acceptable for me !
Also I'm not sure about the source of this map. I just see from http://www.middleisland.net/gms/ and I think the source for this song may not need.
Please provide me the source of this song (where you got to it) so I can know that it's correct. Hmm, I used that source because that ranked map http://osu.ppy.sh/s/54465 is from the same music album and that source is there, so i think its fine.

Insane

The first one uses 1/8 while the notes after use 1/3. This can be pretty much hard to play rhythmically. I would propose you using sliders this way.
Make sure that you snap them correctly also! fixd it, but was really hard to make it look nice (overlaps), hope its good
