Congratulations on a successful launch peppy!
This is a parody of BRODYQUEST.
Came up with the idea for this one day, worked on it for two days straight after that.
This upload is just the storyboard, as well as a copy pasted diff for those who are really bored.
I might make this an actual mapset, only if there's interest in it.
Other Notes:
The warping portion of the storyboard only introduces the logo in half of the pictures. I might go back and introduce the logo into all of them.
This track removes the voice vocoder from the original, so some parts may sound empty. This is of course to avoid ADRIAN BRODY ADRIAN BRODY being said every second.
Also Neil is awesome for releasing the audio tracks of BRODYQUEST as separate flac files for remixing.
Photoshop is a lot of fun.
Synopsis:
peppy wakes up in the morning feeling excited to visit the next cool anime convention.
Ephemeral follows him there.
When both arrive, they realize the potential of an osu!tablet.
peppy quickly rushes to the post office to order tablets from Huion.
A tablet is shipped to peppy, and when he receives it he is very happy.
He goes home and uploads pictures of this new hardware for the world to see.
He falls asleep still excited about the tablet.
While he's asleep, the tablet proves to be so popular that it takes over the world, spreading osu! to everyone and everything.
