Song is very long, so maybe later on in the song make some more slower areas just to give a little breather ( it's only hard, not insane!)
The normal difficulty is a little to easy, I suggest changing some of the song setup options? Sorry I didn't have to much for you, but GL!

  1. Set preview points in all diffs.
  1. No kiai in a 4min song? That doesn't look right, you might want to add some.
  1. Try lowering the hitsounds when you add finishes, they are way too loud for the song at the moment.

Normal

  1. 00:33:968 (2) - Hmm, doesn't look nice going outside the grid up there, doing a ctrl+j and adjusting it to the spacing will do a better usage of the grid, plus it'll be nice the variation for the flow:
  1. 00:35:530 (4) - Try moving a bit more to the left, it'll make this passage a lot smoother to play:
  1. 00:43:030 (3) - Pretty much the same as above, try moving it a bit up to increase flow, it'll fit better with the slider at 00:41:468 (1) -:
  1. 00:49:593 (2,3,4) - They all follow the same direction, would be nice if it has some variation here, in this case, you can move the middle node of (3) a bit to the right to make that variation, it'll do a nice transition between (3) and (4):
  1. 01:03:343 (1,2,3) - Hmm, those finishes sounds very disnecessary with the song here, there's no point in adding them since it doesn't really catch up with the calm song. The only finish that you could've added is at 01:05:843 -, and you can clearly hear it, but there's already a spinner there and you haven't emphasized it. You can still keep up with the soft custom 1 pattern there using claps only or use the same patterns at 02:08:343 (1) -, since that one sounds much better.
  1. 02:44:593 (2,3,4) - Since it's the same pattern, also suggesting the same thing as 00:49:593 (2,3,4) -.

  1. 02:15:843 (5,6,1) - Spacing doesn't feel good, you can increase the spacing of 02:15:843 (5,6) - to give a better perspection of the jump here:
  1. 02:39:593 (4,1) - Same as above, I think you don't need that small jump here, it'll be great if you followed the previous object's spacing, as it goes on a nice circular movement, it'll be much better to play since it will be consistent:
  1. 03:20:530 (5) - See if you can move this down a bit, so it doesn't go part of the slider outside the grid.

    01:03:968 - finish on this time is really loud, as i heard the music tbh not really need finish but if you want to keep it. lower the volume at least 45%

I suggest that you rename your soft-hitwhistle file to drum-hitnormal, in this way, you could use both that bass sound and the default sof whistles to decorate the SC:1 parts

00:57:718 (1,1) - I think these NCs are unneccessary, better remove them
01:02:405 (4) - I suppose you would need a whistle here? according to your hitsound pattern for previous phrases
01:07:874 (2) - a drum finish would fit its end much better, as there is a kick drum at that point, not a snare drum
01:08:343 (1) - I recommend to move this further to the right, it's quite close to 01:07:561 (1,2) - and might mislead some players thinking that it was at 01:08:186 - . and also, it would emphasise the heavy beat better if you put it further away
01:20:218 (2,3) - not a good rhythm here, considering that you're always following the vocal, better use only a circle at 01:20:218 - and start a 1/1 slider from 01:20:530 -
01:47:561 - I think adding a beat here would form a better rhythm
