Overall, it's much better than before! Now it's time to focus on re-positioning what you have mapped to look nice and flow well. Your rhythm is great and certain parts do have decent pattern, but it still needs a lot of touchup. I noted a bit but the best you can do is study other ranked maps that you really like and try to learn from them. Get used to blanketing as it generally has great flow, easy to work with, and looks really nice.

00:42:714 (5) - This slider doesn't fit the music and is incredibly difficult to read. Make the squiggly less dramatic. Aww I thought it was a nice shimmering effect that went with the music. I changed though to something a bit more simple.
00:45:714 (1) - Doesn't sound like you use hitsounds too often. I suggest to use Soft Clap on each white tick before and after the big white tick in places like this where it fits the music. This sounds better than changing it to a normal sampleset imo. Changed it to the custom soft whistle sound because the soft clap just sounds annoying to me
01:27:073 - End the final spinner here. Use green ticks and lower the volume 10% at a time every white tick starting from 01:21:359 - and end at 20% at 01:24:216 - Ooooo done

01:08:589 (7) - Doublecheck spacing whenever you get the chance as you want to avoid anything over a 0.03x difference unless it is intended on being a jump/antijump.DSed with grid off
Ah and speaking of jumps. This is a hard diff right? You should include a few jumps. Nothing crazy, but hard should have a few I think.
