Only thing: same as in Hard - imo even Insanes need more consistent spacing. I'm not saying this is bad or anything, I just like creative structure and this seems overloded with jumps.. or maybe I just don't notice structure.. well, can't really say anything about this style of mapping, cause I don't have that much experience in modding yet.. sorry. :\

- the resolution of bg.png is fine, it doesn't get deformed, but overscaled extremely. really, if you play with fullscreen it's not nice to look at.. :\
I'd suggest lookin for a background that's the maximum size, cause it's last pixelated then. - also, the Audio Quality is acceptable, buuut it could be better. I know the song is a few years old, but still you might be able to get your hands on a higher quality file..
- SB files look fine, but the bg.png file is there twice, you can delete one, I think? cause it's useless to have it two times if it's exactly the same.
oh, and the black borders in text1 and text2 are pixelated as well, doesn't look nice. :c - SB load is far too high though. I think up till 5,00 it's okay, but 6 is not.. while testplaying you can see the SB load flashing in red.. gotta change that.
- cause of SB you should display epilepsy warning in all difficulties
- and check your tags, they're not the same in all diffs (or at least AIMod says so)

and many more, I won't point all of them out - 00:46:632 (3) - move further down to 260|236, 00:45:684 (1,2,3) match with 00:45:368 (6) then
- 00:50:421 (4,1) - has a nicer feeling if you switch them around or just move 4 to the same place as 1, cause the movement of 00:49:474 (3) indicates an object there, the way it it now it's disrupting the flow
- 01:08:263 (3) - why does this start on a red tick? it doesn't match the beat
- 01:28:632 (1) - the shape looks weird.. is there any reason to use this? .o.
- 02:41:895 to 03:02:105 - this break is definitely too long
- DS is broken at some parts unnecessarily, example: 01:13:316 (7,1) - the mini-jump doesn't increase difficulty at all, cause it's only visually disturbing the flow of the diff. play-wise it's totally okay, but it doesn't look good.
- 01:36:842 (5,6,7) - looks crampled, make sure the distance between the slider borders and cirlce is the same everywhere
that does apply to a few more parts, if you pay attention to stuff like that the diff looks more structured and thought-out, less random - 02:41:895 to 03:02:105 - same as in Normal, too long

Also, do not use the same color twice consecutively.applies to combocolours after breaks, but I think it doesn't.. cause it should be readable.. but I don't know for sure, you should ask a BAT about this sometime, cause of the consecutive usage of red c-colour at the end of the diff..
