GA is useful. Period. And so zilean's ult is, too if used properly.
Zilean's ult is better than a GA, the amount of health your target revives with scales with AP so you can basically revive someone will full health. You can also get off two ults in a teamfight if you liberally use your W.

If you don't prioritize excessive ward coverage, alternatively sustain or generally slightly stronger/more CC you can always use that extra position to get some more dps and a different kind of utility. Just about anyone clearly "works" as a "support", but you would generally have to favor champs with either good base damage or good utility. Orianna and zyra have CC and utility, elise has health % damage, your jungler can get aegis and everyone should at least buy a few wards once in a while. Of course you can build damage increasing items on a support as well, but it should be obvious why say elise support, given nami doesn't land an amazing bubble or doesn't have her ult up, can be far more useful in a teamfight.
In uncoordinated play such as low level yoloqueue you'd often benefit more from significantly more damage than a squishy ward-bot. And if you're bad at the general support champions and are forced to support anyways I'd rather have you play a champion you're good with despite it not being what people would generally pick. Chances are you'll do better with that pick than if you'd play first time blitz and get 500 fieldgoals in a twenty minute game.
People don't like unconventional picks because just like this community, everyone are xenophobes. Whenever you try something outside of the meta people either assume that you suck and don't know jack or that you've seen it on some stream and expect the outcome to be the same. Just go ahead and pick whatever you do well with. It's a game, froggen wont come knocking on your door ready to beat you up just because you played jungle anivia.

Diana is still incredibly strong, and i have no idea why people stopped playing her. She's kinda dumb with how randomly tanky she gets for having a double shield.
Akali is more of a drain tank when compared to diana, which makes her a lot easier to shut down. She kinda got nerfed too hard a few months back. Still strong if you manage to pick up a couple of kills early.

Yeah the new Leblanc makes me really sad. I like that champion a lot, but she kinda sucks with the changes. She relies on comboing all of her abilities to deal damage instead of just Q, and R now. So if you end up missing E or W's splash damage you pretty much don't even deal damage lol.

The best way to get better as a player is to self-criticize and improve your own game sense. Keep buff and objective timers, even if you aren't jungle or support. Keep track of enemy ward locations and enemy ward timers. Keep track of enemy jungler movements. Duo queueing with a higher elo person just means you have to play even better so you're not dead weight, it doesn't invalidate my post.
If this were true, then you should be able to shut down your matchup so hard that by midgame, the game is effectively 4v5 or 3v5 because your opponent is severely behind. I tend to use udyr with ghost, depends on their enemy team tho. I have my own eyes, but even if I see them coming I might be surrounded. I might not be level 3 yet since they had a ward SO I couldn't steal. In my elo they don't always ward, but sometimes they do

I just make sure i maintain 67%+ winrate, so i keep winning more than i lose. Guess I prefer winning or something and that is why i got more accounts aswell prob? But indeed that is the only mindset you should play with, if you want to improve.
Quite easy to improve though, still seeing me do more than 10 throws/min while being at gold elo.

His E is what is holding him back. W and his Passive can be better.
His passive is only really strong in the early game (Warwicks early game is terrible) or when he is ahead. Pretty much nullified with any MR item. I want his old passive back from season 1.
W is good but it needs something else. If Warwick was a more recent champion I guarantee you it would have some passive MS or penetration on it.
His kit has awkward scalings on almost everything. Passive scales off level, Q scales off AP, and ult scales off bonus AD, while W and E are used more for utility for your team than for yourself. So you are pretty much forced into a tanky-ish role unless you get like 10 kills in the first 8 minutes of the game some how. Design flaws because this is not how "fighters" are designed to work at all. He is outdated, and I wouldn't be surprised if he gets relaunched like Trundle down the road.
Warwicks big issue is his powercreep problem. Too many champions do what he does but 500x better. Completely unviable for competitive play. He is still decent in solo queue, but then again so is every champion.

Golems spawn at 2:05. They finally removed the OP blue side on botlane... Previous jungle change to prevent it only made it worse. Let's make them spawn later so only blue side can do golems, while purple side can't do lvl 1 wolves anymore..

I've gotten Riven as my laning opponent the last three times in a row when I've been Irelia... I hate it.
It's fun being unkillable with buttloads of health regen (plus the Spirit Visage).
I'm still not particularily comfortable using Maokai, but he's so much fun. Possibly my favourite jungler now aside maybe Nunu.
Twisted Fate went top lane and was destroying Shyvana early game. Fizz is stupidly annoying with his invuln. ability...
Their ADC and support (Fiddlesticks) was also awful so that helps. =)

The amount of utility he offers beats most other tanks/bruisers I own. He's so much fun.

also related to the ranked team stuff. I have no problem playing with lower elos or lower levels, but when it's a serious thing and it's to be succeed, not to just screw around, It's not fun losing because your team made mistakes easily avoidable. 99% of all games I play in normals are with much lower ranked friends or levels or whatever, so it's not like Im "omg ur 2 low 4 me faggot"
