From Rules->General, there is a part like this

which means that your map needs to have a full difficulty spread, and it's explained in Rules->mapset like this

But since your map have taiko diff., i am not quite sure about it, i suggested you to ask some more experienced mapper/modder.

Very good. Keep mapping like this ^^ It'as a little bit hard for a Normal diff but i think you can keep this.
Small remark: 00:48:764 (1,2,3) Maybe stack the end of the sliders or try avoiding them to touch each other.

Anyway, about the hard: the map is good but have a lot of small flaws which make it not very good. We can see that it's your first map and i think i can even point where you ran out of idea for your diff (yes, mapping 4 min it's very long!!!)
But for a first beatmap it's more than ok, there are a lot of good thing that i like in this diff but it's spoiled by all these little flaws. The only BIG flaw imo is the beggining where the notes are too close from each other and it's not pleasant to play. Increase the DS in this part a little bit and it woudl be much better. You can also add more notes (like in the Insane diff) because it feels a little bit void when playing.
About the Lunatic: I barely play streamy map so i can't say anything about the streams but basically it's the same as Hard. Good diff, a lot of good things, some litlle flaws which spoiled them and we can see where you ran out of idea (even if i can see that you was more inspired for this diff than the Hard one)

Comment : the map is fun to play, but some note placement need to be fix in some place, especially lunatic difficulty. i understand that stacking note made it nice looking, but sometime, overuse those stacks will ruin the flow.

the part i really like in this map is. the map has different "mood" in it. and the picture you chose + the map made it uber awesome.

Breaks should be ok here I guess. I don't know if the last spinner is too long for a normal diff though.
