Okay then..

@Lincolm, why do you only make some conjectures? I mean of course it's pretty logic that you want to know who is where, but still. Also: Why do you always write 'they are townies'? Why don't you write.. they are scum, the evil ones etc.? This lets me think about that you're a townie as well.

@Sakura, the way you act is a bit strange for me, it seems like you want to let the others think you're a townie, but you're not one at all. What do you think about this?

Nope, it wasn't a matter of saving Irreversible out of a danger since I have no idea if he's scum or not.

Also I don't have many targets to vote at the moment, so I thought it'd be not a lose to vote you considering that I have still time to think about my vote.
It's not about losing a vote on me, it's why you put it there in the first place, I'm really not buying your reaction argument, considering that you just voted me without giving a reason, the timing of it seemed odd too. I had something in mind you said hm? of course i had something in mind, i was thinking that Irre's reason was vague, so I wanted to get a better answer out of him, which is why i applied pressure with a vote. You on the other hand, didn't say anything and just voted, Why did people sheep you? Were you prepared to get sheeped by voting for no reason rather than questioned?

No, that's not what I said, it's just that you want to let the others think that you're a townie, what kinda lets me think about you're something else. The part is following: You are asking really weird things, and sometimes they are really taken from nowhere, somehow, got me? Of course this can be wrong, that's just how I feel. The reason is not WIFOM (is this Whine in front of me? i don't really know these shortcuts yet, sorry), it's more that i want to figure out that i want to know what you really are.

It's called PoE (process of elimination), a common action used to lower the probability of people being scum. Also I can't really say if Lincolm is town yet. It's obvious he'd play the game this way even if he was scum, can't really say by the R1. Also if BRBP and Lincolm were scum together that little fight would be a magnificent way to pull away the further suspicions :p But that's just another WIFOM.

You mean, conjectures = WIFOM? My read basically from WIFOM + Occam's Razor. There are 11 towns in here and 3 mafias (Hey, I know my own role). It is more easier to seek towns rather than mafias. Towns are honest and mafias are contrived, it is more easier to take a look the honest. Also, make a group of towns (if we trust each others actually) could make a pressure to mafias.

Don't judge someone like this. This is basically come from someone play, and this is how I play. Probably good move for me to do this if I was scum, because I can protecting and buddying with my mafias friend.

I agree that'd be pretty bad scumplay, so let's review.

1) I vote Irre in hopes of getting a better answer.
2) Konei votes me without giving a reason to "reaction test".
3) Irre OMGUS's me rather than question Konei's sudden vote on me.
4) tiper joins the B/W, now this has more chances of being an actual reaction test, since i already had a B/W on me.

Conclusion, I can prob. see Irre and Konei being scum but not together. If they were scum together there's no way both of them would have jumped on me at the same time, Irre didn't question Konei, but considering he's new he prob. was just focused on me and didn't realize Konei's vote on me existed.

Actually... nvm there's higher chance of Konei being scum than Irre.

Well i don't mind that, i just mind the fact that the 2 votes on me were more scummy in nature than mine, but ok to each their own, since everyone has their playstyle.

@Irre: So you're saying that only scum want to look towny and towny doesnt want to look towny? sounds counter-productive to me, unless you're an anti-town player.

As for the WIFOM:

She's not towny, she's a scum trying to look towny, she's a towny trying to look like a scum trying to look towny, she's a scum trying to look towny by looking like a scum trying to look towny, etc...

See where that gets us?.

I can't think of any possible reason why a player be it town or scum wouldn't want to look towny, can you?

Ok, questions from me now.
@Irre: What do you think about Konei and tiper bandwagoning after you? (also please, when you Vote/Unvote, do it always in bold)

Starting to think that both tiper and Konei are scum. Reason: absoletely no communication between them in the thread, while they do the exact same thing. They're mafia daychatting and also newbies, forgetting that they must keep the show also in the thread.

My read for now, my vote still on Konei.

Irre said this is his first game so it may be possible that when Sakura voted him due to his RV and provided no reasons, and Irre voted Sakura was more like newbie panic, implying neither is scum, Sakura is likely town after receiving that bandwagon.

It is quite possible that the only reason that some people voted those in general could be because he was clearly scum in Mafia Restoration Project, but others need to realize that even if it's possible to be scum once again, it's possibly unlikely but we will see how the game progresses. I think if we accelerate day by hammering in, it'll get better than this but you all have managed to make this game interesting with the analyzation of misunderstandings, as I've seen after reading the last few pages.

My vote stays on Tsukasa because I have no leads and I feel that Sakura could be townie challenging everyone suspecting her.

Yeah sorry for taking the game a bit lightly up to this point, had real life and shit kick in and I wasn't exactly available all the time plus I kinda forgot about the whole thing so yeah pizzabutt

seeing as I'm kind of a noob in the game, I don't really know what to think of all the previous discussion that has occured prior to this post, and thus don't really have a reason to vote against anyone yet -- I don't really want to go from gut feeling either.

And since I've been so active until now I'll take a break for a few hours; gotta sleep. Hopefully I don't wake up to 87 and a half votes against me.

And I cannot follow the those/BRBP conversation, I am so lost with that.

For the bandwagon on Sakura, it's rather suspicious gameplay. Why would all 3 vote at the same time.

Apparently Konei voted for Sakura to get a reaction, but I do not know why. He did not post anything prior and just vote Sakura. I also felt like he would have just kept his vote on Sakura if she did not say how he did not get any reaction out of her.

And then Irre just votes on Sakura probably because of OMGUS or newbie players. But I don't always believe people saying they are new. Not everyone has the same reaction. I don't vote back because that just makes me feel more scummy. Also wouldn't you do OMGUS because you don't know the person? And it seems obvious why you justify your vote, everyone was doing it.

tiper (since he doesnt want it as Tiper haha) I'm not too sure. He did not really post anything that stands out to me.

Another question to Sakura: Why do you try to be that agressive? I mean yeah, you want to get away the scum.. but this is so confusing to me, I'm still behind my theorie that you want to camouflage that you're scum yourself. @~@ My FoS is still on you. And no, this is not only because you voted me once.

Also I found it funny how you just vote for Konei after farto mention how you guys probably have day chat but forgot to talk to each other in the thread and now you vote to keep suspicion away from yourself. I don't think his unvote was protecting himself, but just from a bad choice by voting Sakura.

Well then let's take a look back, when did Irreversible start FoSing me?

When i asked him about his "evil things" for his vote on those, he replied with a vague answer so I voted him to get a better answer, that's what got him his FoS on me, I already mentioned my reasons why, yet he thinks I'm trying to camouflage myself because I'm scum appearing Town, yet he's not voting me, yet he's not voting anyone.

He seems to like Tunneling on me, and he's going to hit a big steel wall on that tunnel if he keeps this up, or probably get lynched himself in the end.

Being aggresive is a playstyle not a town/scum tell, I like being aggresive because i find scum slips more often that way.

@Irreversible: I've seen you keep asking questions, nice work, now would be nice if you gave us some reads on what your questions have gotten you. If you have any scum reads, why aren't you voting any of them? from your previous post it seems like you want to say I'm scum, yet don't dare to vote me, with no further leads why aren't you voting your one and only suspect?

I already said my opinion about Irre, it's a bit hard to tell about Konei and tiper, because both voted with no reason at all, but Konei changed and gave a cheap reason of the why and then changed again as there was no basis on that vote, very suspicious for me if you ask, that and somehow starting the bandwagon against you. Why am I keeping my vote on those, you're curious, aren't you? I could change my vote for Konei, as he already is suspicious enough, but I really want to gather more info from our missing people (it looks like two of them appeared finally) here before making my final decision, don't want that sudden 3 votes following bandwagon for Konei . those is still suspicious though, giving away Konei based on his last post? Who knows. But he's already in a lower level, but unvoting no lynch means nothing if he still can join the leading bandwagon, that's why I keep my vote on those.

Now some things I'd like to know:

Not only that, but Nyquill posted another time when there was an active discussion over the bandwagon on Sakura rather than stating he voted Konei first. If he's rather silent this game, I would say he might be scum.

@Nyquill what are your thoughts on Sakura bandwagon?

Also my reason to unvote Sakura at the moment was that I realized it was senseless

You say you wanted to check if someone else will bandwagon Sakura after you, why? What assumption could've been made after something like this in such an early stage? I don't really get it.

Also the mutual voting of tiper & Konei... if they were both NEWBIE scum, there's a possibilty they would come with an idea of sacrificing one scum to get the 2nd into better position in the future. By sacrificing I mean not fighting to save Konei as he already has the majority of the votes. This'd give tiper a safe position since he obviously voted Konei.

No, I'm voting tiper because I had no real reasons on voting Sakura,
and he just went with it. Since I didn't really see any reason in voting Sakura I assumed this step

Also, I have a question.

@tiper: why did you decide to vote Sakura after me and Irreversible did? Having you just writing "just wanted to see her reaction" ( t/132424/start=135 ) is a bit strange. Could you possibly explain this more, since now I'm guessing you just wanted to take Sakura out because 2 of us were on her.

I know what you meant I just wanted to add that an experienced team would probably find someone else (or make someone else) more suspicious instead of taking the chance of getting caught themselves while protecting the suspected scum.

Furthermore, when mod is assigning roles i think he would not put a newbie into mafia, because this would probably give them disadvantage, unless he wants make it a bit more interesting,funny or whatever, but then again there would be only 2 who know what they do.and i am sure there is always at least 1 experienced player, and given that we have here some we can choose one of them, but here are also ones that just want to look like they know what they do.
