If your getting scammed into giving your info out that's a different story and often times it's the victims fault for being dumb enough to fall for it. Lee Sin is terrible late game. Since you're talking about twisted treeline I'm just going to assume that he is on the opposing team and jungling. The best way to counter this is to play push champions. Pushing champions will help with being not ganked and more map presence. Some push champions that are decent in twisted treeline are Jayce, Cass, and Mordekaiser.

Lissandra seems like a pick or ban champion because you can't gank her and her cc/damage/push is very powerful.
