A few suggestions

General
The bit rate of the song should lie between 128 to 192 kbps.
Although not very strong, have an epilepsy warning.
Set a preview point
Add "ending" to your tags

Normal
Make sure that the spacing is precisely equal and consistent. To do so, turn of grid snap
Use 1/2 notes as well
Stop using linear sliders

Hard
Do not copy and paste the kiai sections. It wouldn't feel nice playing a section 3 times the same.

- Changed the the bit rate to 136kbps
- Enable epilepsy warning
- Preview point set
- ending tag added to each diff


Normal
- The snap is following the slider velocity (to make the cursor move "the same" as the slider velocity, therefore the circles are far away)
- Only add 48 1/2 note (because a beatmap without easy difficulty - a normal diff should be 3.25 or below)
- Changed some of linear sliders to curve


Hard
- Changed some component of kiai

Try to use a highter distance spacing and use gride size: tiny, if you don't already use it and verify your offset, i think he is wrong :)

use the same speed slide of 00:35:947 on the beginning(start) please. that kind of speed is hard for beginner
00:18:012 - I recommend to use this rhymth. http://puu.sh/2QoPW.jpg and u can add finish at (4's) tail too. and u can change tripple note to just 1 slider repeat too
00:29:646 (5) - don't make it lap with (4). its not beautiful imo. :/
00:32:554 (1) - delete the note at 00:34:008 (1) and make this spinner end at 00:34:008 and add finish because the beginner can't stop spin well. they may miss the note after spinner that fast

I think your normal is very hard for beginner. try change 3 note to 1 long slide of repeat slide. example, 00:56:548 too hard :/

Hard difficulty has too many gaps in some places:-
