Anyways, one of the problems Haruka pointer out is still there: huge difference in density in some parts. In Kiai, Ono's diff is clearly more dense (and contains more complex streams), but in no-Kiai parts, the regular Oni just has more notes, which leads to some weird comparison, if played directly after another. I don't want to change these parts for you, but both of you should aim to balance this out: Ono needs a higher density and Philippines a lower one.
IMO, hitsoundscol. needs to change between Kiai and non-Kiai. These parts are just too different concerning the intensity of the music, so I see no reason for keeping the same vol. for the whole song. I would suggest the following:
00:03:947 - 00:23:295 and 00:42:642 - 01:11:662: 50% These parts are really not "heavy" and currently, the 60% drown the music without reason.
00:23:295 - 00:42:642 (first Kiai) and 01:11:662 - end: 70~80% These parts - in comparison - are just soo much more intense, also take into consideration that drums are only aduible in these parts. It might be a high contrast between 50 and 70%, but I feel it's fine. Currently, I can barely hear the hitsounds in these parts and that feels wrong.
It would also be nice if both Taikos could have the same Kiai.
00:22:388 (1) - I feel that this place doesn't call for a spinner, leaving it blank just sounds soo much better. This also amphesizes the upcoming Kiai by having that blank stanza. Consider removing it.
00:24:504 (12,13,14,15,16) - ddddk here would fit much better, since it stresses the transition by increasing the ddk triplets you had before by a longer stream.
00:35:991 (6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - The current transition from following drums (stream) and following the vocals (1/2 notes) is mixed up. It would be better if you could clearly seperate these stuff from one another. To do so, delete (11) and you could also use a don for (12).
00:39:316 (31,32,33) - With previous kdd and kkd, another kkd here sounds weird. More accurate to the music would be kdk.
00:41:281 (49) - Make this don. This way, the upcoming kats will sound heavier and this pattern will be a copy of the previous one, which fits quite well here.
01:49:751 (1,2) - According to the music, this two notes should be dons.
01:50:809 (5) - Maybe don here? It feels better IMO.
01:56:855 - you need a don here. You only use doubles twice in the whole song and it doesn't fit compared to the rest of all these uneven patterns.
01:58:215 (26,1) - Both notes as kats would sound neat here. The don-heavy line is meh. :/
01:59:274 (6,7) - If you did above, use a don for (6) and a kat for (7) here to continue the kat-pattern.
02:09:098 (1,2) - Same as above.
02:16:202 - Same as above.
02:17:562 (26,1) - Same as above.
02:18:621 (6,7) - Same as above.
02:19:301 (14,15) - Delete (14) and use a big don for (15)? I feel that the last note in this song needs to be stressed.
00:22:690 (1,2,1,2) - d k d k would create a better transition into the streams, IMO.
00:24:957 (2) - After ddkkd I would expect a kat here.
00:30:096 (2,1) - 1 stanza earlier, you used k d, but now d k? Since it's basically the same music, you should use the same pattern (or something little differen), so use k d or k k here.
00:30:852 (1,1,1,1,1) - dkkkd sounds nice here, IMO.
00:42:944 - This part from here just sounds horrible. These d k d k d k patterns are just random. I would like to see some remapping of this part, more according to the music.
01:11:662 - From here, the part clearly lacks density. There are some awesome opportunitiers to add triplets, but you just mapped the crashes. Consider adding some notes here.
01:38:264 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - To create more tension here, I would like to see a whole drumline on 1/2. This stresses the actual beat of the music and leads nicely into the streams.
01:47:635 (3,4) - Delete (4) and use a kat for (3), this is closer to the actual music.
01:57:611 (1,1,2,1) - This was just so hard to catch, since you use such a long even pattern just before and (1,1) are part of it. Either delete the note just before (01:57:535 (2) ) or use an uneven pattern (e.g. d kkd sounds nice aswell, just move 01:57:686 (1) 1 tick later)
01:58:215 (1,1,1,1,1,1) - dkdkd k fits better here.
02:06:075 (1,1,2,1) - As above.
02:07:284 - This speedup is unnecessary and confusing. I didn't get that the big note was right after the stream. Pleas estick to x1,0 SV.
02:11:517 (1,1,2,1,2,1) - Basically, the same as above. Avoid mixing in these even pattern into long streams.
02:19:301 (4,1) - Delete (4) and use a big don for (1)?
All I can say for now, I can recheck if you worked over the no-drum parts to see what you've done with it.
