I get the feel of doing a Beta-taiko for this; that means, somewhat Rokodo-style, additive mapping + hard patterns.

I realized one of the spinners was in the wrong place after I sent it to you, so this is the actual diff. xD

I'll throw in the link to the taiko bg when it's done.

Edit: And here is the taiko bg, courtesy of Makar, as usual~
I changed the background in the .osu already, so just save the image as "taikobg" and add it to the song folder.

Also please add "sweet_serenitee" to the tags of all diffs. >< my username is too generic OTL

01:44:876 (1) - Spinners like these would probably do well with a note leading into them.
01:52:376 (1) - Yeah, especially since you're spinning on a held note that comes 1/4 after when the spinner actually starts. Its not correct.
02:17:495 (6) - This is quite the sharp snapback. Certainly could do more smoothly. This note might do better somewhere here:
http://puu.sh/1SEtE . The move up to the triple stack actually fits the music fairly well as well.
01:09:400 (4,5,6,7,8,9) - Just a suggestion here: the stacks while not being much of a problem, can be a more elaborate pattern. Something like http://puu.sh/1SEyD would make it a lot better fitting for the strings and possibly play better.

Current Lead-In + time b4 first note adds up to ~1800MS. Add ~+200 on Lead-In to get to 2000. (1647 Lead-In would sum up to exactly 2000)
Offset sounds a bit early for me. I get somewhat close to 357 (+4 from current). Check over that again.
(Loctav's diff misses "Taiko" in the tags, but prev. mod already mentioned it, so I have no idea why I mention it again.)
00:44:162 - 00:46:067 - Why is Kiai here? It seems unfitting to me, either remove the "flash" or use 00:45:591 as ending. You should also remove this flash from Taikodiffs.
02:07:972 - Same as above.
02:25:114 - This part comes up more often in the map, but only this one uses Kiai and White/Grey CColour? Seems weird to me.
Urghh at BG-dimensions. The Letterboxes it creates are too small for my taste. If you want to keep it, resize it to 1024x616.
You may want to add a silent soft-sliderslide.wav, the slidingsound doesn't fit the song IMO.
You might want to add "Taiko" to the Taikodiff-Names.

Easy

I'd not recommend SV-changes in Easy-Diffs, especially the one in Kiai. x1,5 is quiet a lot for an Easy diff.

Note to everyone in this mapset: Some of the things I mention may already be changed by the time you get to reading this mod.

[General]

Loctav's Muzukashii is missing "taiko" from the tags.

[Easy]

00:07:972 (1) - Curve this slider a bit more drastically. It looks neater compared to a long slider that's nearly straight.
00:19:400 (1,2) - Either make both of these sliders straight or make them have the same angle of curve. I don't know what you were trying to do here, but it seems rather odd to have one slider curved at a barely noticeable angle and have the next one curved a little more, but still barely noticeable.
02:05:591 (4) - Center this circle toward the middle of the previous slider so that (3) blankets (4). You've been making blankets a lot previously in this difficulty, so it seems silly not to do it here.

Well mapped. My only conern is that it has a lot of spinners, and I'm sure you could delete some and map them out. It can get boring to play due to having 8 spinners in this difficulty.

[Normal -a]

I'm not too fond of the way you implemented your username (or part of it) into difficulty name, but if you feel strongly about keeping it like this, then so be it.
00:00:353 (1) - A finish would go nicely here to match the background music.
00:08:924 (3) - Place this lower down so that it's under (2)'s end. It flows better compared to having it near the middle of (2). There's most likely no need to re-arrange (1) after this either since it still flows well after doing this.
00:14:638 (4) - I'm pretty sure the whistle on this slider should be at the start of it, not the end.
00:23:210 (1,2,3) - I like how you made this pattern here.
00:27:019 (1) - According to the previous hitsound pattern, rather than having a whistle at the end of this slider, there should be a clap.
00:45:114 (3) - Finish at the end of this slider to match the music.
01:31:305 (2) - Is the whistle on this circle intentional due to the music here? If it's not, replace it with a clap. If it is, put a whistle at the end of 01:34:638 (1) for consistency.
01:53:686 (3) - Even though it seems like a small thing, please remove the whistle from the body of the slider only. Soft slider-whistle sounds pretty ugly in my opinion.
01:55:591 (3,4) - The way you mapped this is un-characteristic to the way you've been mapping this difficulty. I would unstack these sliders.
02:21:305 (6) - You're missing a whistle at the beginning of this slider.
02:22:733 (1) - This spinner starts too soon. I would replace where the spinner starts with a circle and then start the spinner a bit later at 02:23:210 in order to map more accurately to the music.

[Hard]

00:32:138 (4,5) - Why are these stacked? It looks really odd. Space them out rather than doing this.
00:40:352 (1) - This slider looks pretty weird. I would just remove the node.
01:55:948 (2,3) - Space these out, once again.
02:26:424 (4,5) - ^
02:36:900 (3,4) - ^
In this difficulty, there are a few sliders that are borderline burai sliders. Just to be safe and due to the fact that maps have gotten unranked for this, I would fix these. On top of these sliders perhaps being semi-unrankable, I see no reason to have these as I would only put them when there's a sharp vocal/music change during a slider.

Very fun to play difficulty in my opinion.

[Both Taiko Difficulties]

I'm not an expert at modding Taiko difficulties, but according to the ranking criteria, there shouldn't be any short kiai flashes in a taiko map. The two small kiai times in both difficulties are closer to flashes than full chorus kiai times in my opinion, and should be removed to be on the safe side.

02:40:829 (1,2,1,1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - You might want to cut this out, to keep it consistent with the Standarddiffs. Taiko doesn't have to start/end the same as standard diffs do, and I think completely mapping what you are following is essential to completing a taiko diff.

I asked around for opinions and basically we agree that flashes = kiai burst; moreover, if a MAT or BAT comfortable with the current taiko ranking criteria deems this unrankable, you know what I'll do.

00:07:495 (5,6) - Don't like these as stacks. The piano changes pitch drastically, I'd rather have a small jump here on 5-6-1.
00:52:733 (4) - Can you make this one a bit shorter so the lower end is longer? It looks really odd like this.
00:59:638 (3,4) - This spacing should be smaller, more like 7-8, however the note 4 should be more to the left and up.
01:14:162 (6) - Move this so it makes a triangle with the other sliders? Looks kinda shabby as it is now.
01:15:591 (1) - I would suggest to map something else. The melody is still very interesting here and like this you miss a very important note at 01:16:305. There is also a rhythm hit at 01:16:067 so you might want to map a slider and 2 circles, or slider and a circle if you decide to omit that rhythm hit over there. Since it's an end of a part, this shouldn't be hard to do at all.
01:48:686 (6) - Add a whistle to the start as well? Makes an interesting rhythm and is a melody highlight.
02:17:495 (6,1,2,3) - This jump is way too big and is very hard to read.
02:29:400 (5,6) - Melody would suggest that this spacing should be bigger than 4-5, instead of stacking. It feels much more natural to have kkd there as well since the biggest tension in music around here is between 02:11:900 (1,1) which was already expressed enough, if you have an empty space here that tension loses it's meaning slightly and I feel like the gameplay flow breaks a little.

What I don't like: Excessive amount of kats on the downbeats which make me feel like the structure of this map doesn't have a lot of thought put behind it so it looks kinda random, weird swaps from rhythm to melody highlights (in the same measure), lack of proper kkk for the melody highlights which go along with the rhythm. I will explain as I go.
00:07:019 (1,1,1,1,1) - This is one of the things which I would categorize into weird swaps from rhythm to melody. The map doesn't really need so much variety at this point just yet, if you ask me. Sticking to the rhythm while throwing in an occasional kat would look better. This means that 00:07:495 (1) should probably be a k. Basically the whole pattern should be identical to 00:03:210 (1,2,1,2,1) and that is because the melody's highlight is just before the downbeat as well.
00:09:638 (2,1) - This is a good opportunity for a change. If you already want variety and stuff you can map a kkk here instead because the melody suggests that. Since you still have a kat that is coming afterwards, the rhythm stays good as well.
00:12:733 (2,1,1,2,1) - k d k k d is better here because of a small improvised rhythm near the first note, and to keep the rhythm consistency.
00:18:448 (1,1,2,1,1) - This pattern is super boring here, because the music continues from the red tick just before it. Look here: http://puu.sh/20m7V/87a059f6e7 , this is how I believe this pattern should look like, also eliminates that pesky lonely k on the downbeat. Should also place a kat on 00:19:876 then and remove a kat from 00:20:352.
00:21:543 (2) - I believe this note doesn't really fit the rhythm profile here, however if you move it to 00:22:019 it sounds better if you ask me.
00:23:210 (2) - I am actually ok with this kat more or less, but I would suggest to remove 00:23:448 (1) then, because the rhythm here sounds weird with it. I would still prefer if it was a don though, much better.
00:25:114 (2) - This should probably be a don, even more if you accept the above suggestion. It feels and sounds much more natural that way especially since you are getting k d d x d x d d k then which is a somewhat nice standard pattern. Another reason is that the pattern 00:26:067 (1,2,1,2,1) sort of blends better because it's actually a d d k with just additional k d at the end.
00:27:972 (2,1,1,1,1) - Don't like this at all, there is not much in the music that would warrant such a pattern and this kinda makes me feel bad. I would remove 00:28:686 (1) and turn 00:27:972 (2) into a don, it's simple and it sounds the best.
00:28:924 (2) - Despite the flute, I believe don is better here cause the rhythm sounds weird otherwise.
00:30:829 - This is basically the "chorus", just that there is kiai missing, I guess Kite wanted the kiai for more special moments. However this means you can probably map it more intense where appropriate, currently the structure looks like a broken futsuu at the start here.
00:30:829 (3,1,1,2,1,1,1) - So yeah, because of the above this should probably get changed completely. I can see you're trying to follow the melody with the kats more, however when you hit the 5 note pattern I have no idea what's going on. This is because there should be a kat between 00:32:019 (2,1) and the final note of the triple should probably also be a kat. To illustrate better, this is how I believe the timeline would sound the best for the 2 measures this section starts on: http://puu.sh/20lFs/670b1771c0
00:34:638 (2,1,1,1,1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - I wouldn't recommend to focus so much on the melody here because you didn't map it fully and the pattern itself is a bit weird. I would rather focus more on the rhythm here and then add a kat here and there just to have it more interesting. tldr: http://puu.sh/20m0n/79739cd7cd just be sure to change 00:37:495 (1) to a don afterwards.
00:37:972 (2,3) - To enrich the rhythm, these 2 could be kats, the first one actually should be a kat because of the rhythm anyway.
00:38:448 (1) - Instead of a finish, I would suggest a ddd triple. Sounds better as that's how the music goes.
00:40:352 (1) - Map a ddd here as well then.
00:41:305 (1,1,2,3,1) - This is much better as d k k k d because otherwise it's very inconsistent to the measure before and it breaks the rhythm. 00:44:162 (1,2) - Consider having K K finishers here, melody is intense and without a good stream you can't express it that well, so K K would be best imo.
00:45:114 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - Don't like this because I feel the triple is misplaced, mostly because the repeat of the chorus starts with a kat. If you listen to the rhythm closely, there is another good spot to map a triple. http://puu.sh/20m4x/c97a209f53 <- the first note is actually a K, but the spinner messes the combo color. This rhythm is much more true to the music.

What I didn't like: Too many whistles at the start which remove the possibilities for variety later on. Having an occasional whistle is better than a full rhythm at the start. Also, the whole diff is basically 1/1 spam with an occasional 1/2 repeater, I guess it's not that bad since it does fit the music but eh, just try to make it more interesting next time hehe.
00:25:114 (1) - You don't really need this new combo.
00:42:257 (5) - This one should be a new combo because the music changes.
01:47:019 - This finish is very difficult to hear.
02:06:067 (7) - New combo please.
02:22:733 (1) - This spinner is just wrong if you ask me, the most interesting part of the melody is here and you just spin. Also to make it worse, after this spinner the notes are VERY hard to notice not only because they are in dead center but they are red too. This makes this spinner too hard for a normal diff.
02:31:781 (6) - Not sure if the finish here is the right way to do it. Try 02:32:733 (1) instead if you want one, but I wouldn't use it.
02:35:591 (6) - ^, just remove imo.

[Easy]

What I didn't like: The static rhythms made with whistles at the beginning and in the other verse. Pretty much that's it lol. I would maybe recommend OD +1 since the rhythm is so simple even OD3 makes it too easy to SS with mods.

I just played the Taikos again and I mentioned some hurzzzzzz patterns in Loctav's diff.

00:40:352 (1,2,3) and 02:04:162 (1,2,3) use big notes on the beginning of a triplet (Ddd basically), lol.

00:11:781 (1) - if you want to achieve some perfect symmetry, you should move that by two grids to the right. don't forget to snap next notes as well!

also, about the combo colours. take a look how Kite uses them, and use the same pattern in your difficulty, to keep the consistency in the mapset. :)

I'm not really a taiko modder, but there's one thing I'd like to leave here.
00:09:638 (2,3,4) - that kkk you've got there plays pretty meh. I guess a kkd would play a lot better.

00:15:114 (1) - perhaps move it a bit lower, so it's not too close to the previous slider; for some reason that bugs me.
00:21:305 (1) - you should add a whistle somewhere on that slider, according to 00:23:210 (1).
00:22:138 (2) - add a whistle.
00:44:162 (1) - that speed-up was pretty much unexpected. it indeed does fit the song, but it can be pretty tricky for somebody who sightreads map while hearing the song for the first time. I believe using an another combo colour over here (for example the white one you use in the last chorus) is a great thing to do, it will help to notice the speedup.
01:36:543 (3) - you should add a note 1/4 earlier.
01:52:376 (1) - start that spinner on a red tick.
02:07:972 (1) - same thing as above.

02:31:781 (6) - Not sure if the finish here is the right way to do it. Try 02:32:733 (1) instead if you want one, but I wouldn't use it. - Done.
02:35:591 (6) - ^, just remove imo. - Done.

It is too hard and guideline has written that no finishes at the beggining or in the middle
[*]Possibly you can change it to ddd or kkk
at the moment having too much different coloured 3-combs which looks like Oni level
please try to arrange them to either k d , kkk , ddd , d k , k D , etc The useage of 1/4 is already very limited. A simply ddk is not harder than a ddd. Also putting ddd or kkk doesnt fit this song.
I think it is no problem following the song on Oni but others are classified to expand the range of players including who started earlier
It could be true some players have different ways to tap keys so that ddd and ddk would be same hardness for them
however as some people could be thinking this move fast and so on they are hard to figure out either k or d

00:07:257 (1) - Definitely make this a don. Before you start to add variety here and there and everywhere, it's best to establish a sense of rhythm and consistency for the player. This way, further into the map, the variation will be easier to pick up on and not as difficult to distinguish. It's probably important to only accent the very obvious kats to start.
00:12:733 (2) - Consistency breaker. Not really seeing a need for some extreme change in patterning yet. I'd say revert this back into a don, since the kat before it suggests you are not following the repeating melody here.
00:15:352 (3) - Not really effective. I think this is better suited as a don and would fit for a nice lead in to the finisher. In fact it's actually better since the dominant melody here (not sure what that to make of that sound or what to call it) seems to be followed, and the two kats before this note would suggest this.
00:17:972 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - Very great place to follow the melody. I'd suggest something like swapping 00:18:210 (2) - in for a don to signal the melody, and removing 00:18:448 (1) - to give the melody more focus.
00:22:019 (1) - Remove this for better structure (easier to understand with the timing and rhythm of o o o)
00:23:210 (3) - Please change this to a don. It completely ruins the upcoming pattern(s), and it follows the music much better. If you can hear how the tone in the music drops; the don would do a much better job of supporting the music and especially your structure.
00:25:352 (2) - Thus far, all the measures have been introduced with o o, and it would be greatly appreciated if you continued to support your map's structure. Just basic things like this to keep in mind will help create a more enjoyable diff that's not so hard to assume and guess with what's supposed to come next.
00:30:829 (3) - In these next measures, you heavily rely on the melody. The key to making a successful and completely playable map is to make sure that underlying it all is a base structure and some basic consistency. Please make this a O to adhere to your rhythmic patterns. 00:31:781 (2) - This is also the same pitch, so please follow through with this suggestion.
00:31:305 (1) - We like structure. Kat please.
00:33:924 (3) - Remove this.There's a far greater way to accent the melody nicely without this boring and very unfitting ooo. Remember, this melodic phrase is probably the most exciting part of the map, so make sure it is clean and rhythmic.
00:34:162 (1) - Feel free to follow the melody here; a simple ooo would do wonders. However, make sure to change 00:34:638 (2) - into a don for structural reasons. It also supports the right accents with the use of kats in this pattern at the beginning of this bar.
00:39:638 (2) - To make the next bar much easier to follow, remove this and we'll make the next pattern more true to the violins like you were intending (I think): [OPTIONAL] add a 00:40:114 don here, but change 00:42:019 (3) - into a don so that the focus of the melody is on the kats only (the highest pitch in this measure is represented better this way).
00:42:257 (2) - A suggestion if you want: try making this a kat, add a don at 00:42:495, remove 00:42:733 (1) - and add a don at 00:42:972 (2) - to keep in tune with the melody.
00:45:114 (5,6,7) - Either a ooo or o o follows the background music more. These options suits the the song better so that it's not mixing with the melody (ooo used sparingly in non-melodic situations).
00:45:829 (3) - Don to support the melody.
00:46:305 (3) - Weee consistency. Remove this so that there's recovery from the previous pattern and to regain your structure. Probably important to have a don at 00:46:781 to serve as a lead in to your pattern here. You drop the first part of the melody, so picking this up would be quite difficult to catch.
00:49:400 (1) - Optional removal if you want to keep this bar strictly to the violins (the finishes alone create a powerful statement, so you can drop this note if you want). However, I think it's important to continue focusing on the consistency of your map so that it's not confusing. Try making 00:49:876 (1) - a ooo lead in by starting at 00:49:638.
00:56:424 - Add a don to accent the violins. Don't be scared to use ooo if they fit; a muzukashii player will need to understand this simple pattern since it's almost always used in any kind of Oni diff.
00:57:019 - Kat for consistency purposes. This will help flow into the next pattern better.
00:59:400 (1,1) - Reverse these; they don't support your rhythm as much in its current state. Also turn 00:59:400 (2) - into a ooo to follow the melody more.
01:00:352 (1) - Hmm, if you want to keep the spinner I don't think it's much of a problem, but I think to be a bit more diverse and challenging, ooooo o O would seem fitting and add variety instead of the plain old spinner. Test it out and tell me what you think.
01:02:614 - Kat here to follow the melody? The following 3rd note could stay as a don, buuuut you haven't really used this pattern (nor do I think you will), so I would suggest sticking with your melodic accent of ooo. 01:02:972 (1) - Converting this to a don will help suggest the melody to the player still. Don't drop your structure, else you lose the intensity of the melody in this phrase. Take your previous parts (with suggestions) as a guide to fixing your rhythm in this section.
01:04:043 - A kat here might make your patterns more interesting. Just a little switch up for variation and smoothness (following the rhythm quite nicely).
01:04:980 - Missing a kat? Why are you suddenly forgetting the accents on the parts you had them on before in the previous measures? This applies to 01:06:424 as well.
01:09:638 (1,1) - Reverse to stay true to the melody (you are strictly following it here). 01:11:305 (1) - You can remove this since in the second phrase you've been keeping a consistency within the melody only. I would suggest a ooo at 01:11:543 (1) to follow the melody as well. Might as well keep following the melody if that's what you intend to do.
01:13:448 - Forgetting a don? Don't forget it, it's so blatantly obvious here and 01:13:924 ;w;
01:14:400 - A kat would support your current structure.
01:21:543 (3) - Three kats in a row here sounds kind of bad and it doesn't really fit anything, especially since the last two bars had dons here. Only suggestion would be to convert this into a don; the variety of the kat before it is fine since it signifies the end of this measure (variety at the end is always welcomed).
01:23:210 (2,3,1) - This is a bit loud. If you want to follow that soft drum sound in the background, lower the volume. I'd suggest you remove the first two notes though, so the focus is on the kat. The temporary suspension is nice to have.
01:24:162 (2) - to 01:50:829 (1) - Not really sure how to go about modding this, lol...
01:39:638 (1,2,3) - Random ooo? Not sure how this is justified in the music. This applies to 01:43:448 (1,2,3) - , 01:49:043 (2) - .
01:53:686 (2) - Would be better off as a don.
01:53:924 (1,2,3) - If you're going to keep this, it more or less fits the background music that you can barely hear as a ooo, especially since you want to accent the last note very much (it's evident in the music more than the previous two ticks). I would like to see you remove (2) though (previously explained).
01:58:447 (2,1,1,1) - Remove the dons here to reflect the previous bar's pattern. Keeping it adds unnecessary density that really doesn't fit the music. I'd just stick to the consistent pattern you have at parts like 01:54:638 (1,1,1) - every two bars (1,3) since bars (2,4) usually indicate or induce a change or variety when following with the melody like you do. Also please change 01:58:447 (2) - into a don. Sometimes the kats fit on the downbeat, however not in this case (you will probably notice I left a few back before since they complimented the melody a lot and very effectively).
02:00:709 (3) - I get where you're coming from with this, but really, following a different part of the music (e.g: the background noises) as opposed to the melody when you have been (especially in the same pattern) can be rather confusing. Remove this to follow the melody more clearly.
02:01:900 - Obvious dooooonnnn~ oh, and remove 02:02:376 (2) - as I'm sure you can see why it's necessary now.
02:03:924 - ooo ending on the downbeat (downbeat will be kat to fully emphasize the melody here).
02:05:352 (1) - A don promotes consistency with the melody in this particular pattern (see how the whole pattern is like o o o o with variety around the downbeat that pertains to the music?). Think about removing 02:05:828 (2) - as well since it technically doesn't follow the melody (it also gives for a small break and saves this consistent pattern from getting too boring).
02:06:305 - Don; goes with 02:06:781 - in having a kat.
02:07:019 (2) - Very anti-climatic. The drumroll doesn't seem to fit here, it seems. S: It doesn't even represent the same sort of reasoning as the same section previously (before the short kiai at the beginning). Maybe mapping it out would be a better option? (Something like o o o o to spice it up?
02:08:923 (4,5,6,7,8) - Same pattern as suggested for the previous section like this; (4,5) and (7) are dons.
02:10:114 (3) - Okay, this definitely is a kat, you can hear it in the music x_x It would also help with the variety; I believe this is the only o o o that actually follows the music as of now.
02:13:448 - Same suggestion as before (make this a ooo from here onto the downbeat). Promoting consistency, yay!
02:19:876 (1,1,1) - Again as before (though the first kat can stay since density is slightly increasing); don at 02:20:233. Could possibly add a note of any kind here to increase it (and be consistent with the earlier segment).
02:23:209 (1) - Like before, a ooo would suit the melody. Same goes with 02:23:686 (1) - and making this a kat.
02:24:161 (1) - See 01:00:352.
02:26:424 - A kat would follow the melody here.
02:27:019 (2,3,4) - Nope. Please don't use ooo when it's not called for in the music. A oo would compliment the melody more.
02:27:852 - Repetition of the beginning of this bar to follow the melody: oo.
02:35:472 - Would probably help in being consistent and making this a ooo (Though the music suggests ooo, so I'm not going to enforce this seeing as it's the only time it's used. I can be allowed though since it's near the end and diffs usually increase a bit in difficulty).
02:37:019 (4) - Making this a don follows the melody better. You're also missing dons at 02:37:257 and 02:37:733. Don't make this section less dense...this is the end of the map, so make it epic!
02:37:971 (2) - Kat in melody; add a kat on the red tick after that as well to be consistent with your rhythm.
02:40:114 (1,2,1) - Again, a ooo is fairly evident in the music and I would support this (if you decide to change the previous suggestion like this).
Oddly enough, the muzu is actually more dense at the end than the Oni. I would suggest you use Haruka's idea for the ending (and it would be nice and consistent): 02:40:829 (1) - would be a kat, remove 02:41:304 (2,3) - , 02:43:209 (1,2) - .

Sorry I started to get a bit lazy in my responses near the end, though most of it is just repeated suggestions that pertain to the same part in the music (that's consistency for you). I have a copy if you want to take a look at it. Saved all the changes (as far as I can remember), so have it. Only major problem was the lack of consistency (there was obvious structure), though I think through the gaps of stuff you may have decided to forget or ease up on what was perhaps just on accord of forgetfulness. These are just suggestions to help improve your already evident structure and intention (I think we've seen enough mishaps, so I hope you understand). You have a wonderful base idea for a song that really offers nothing to follow.

The only suggestion I have for Haruka's Oni is 01:23:686 (1) - No. No, no, no no no. This spinner needs to go. It's two ticks long (lol 2 hits to complete) and is very unexpected. A drumroll would probably fit better.
Actually also this: 01:15:591 (1,2,3,4,5) - Is this some sort of pattern you're questioning since it's off to the side? (4) is a don in the editor but is coloured as a kat. These short kiais are in my opinion not really needed because they don't fit so well with the song at this time. Just my though.
02:09:876 - Here you could rather start the kiai. The song is 2:47 minutes long, having just 15 sec as kiai is pretty less.

Hitnotes:
01:38:210 - The whole 'stream' comes out of a sudden which makes it sound a bit strange, because previous patterns were much shorter. You could simply delete these notes 01:39:162 (1) - , 01:39:638 (1,2) - and it would work well.

Map is overall fine. But I think it would been better if you followed more the beat, which forground music you could map to it. Right now there is no real connection from pattern to pattern since they change suddenly in some parts. E.g.: 00:15:591~00:23:210 - 00:21:781 (1,1,1,2) - Instead of having this pattern, it would have been nicer to use a connection to 00:17:972 by using 1/2 notes as well. Problem was the forground sounds.

A suggestion: How about using Normal whistle on some of slider-slides? Just throwing a random example: 01:07:972 - (whistle's volume must be lower than 50% though) Using normal whistles would sound great imo. Now it sounds like something is missing with the hitsounds.

01:45:114 (1) - This spinner* is a bit short for a Normal diff. Maybe you can end it here 01:47:019 - ?
02:35:591 - same whistle finish here

[Hard]
00:01:305 - whistle
00:03:210 - whistle
00:51:781 (1,4) - same normal slider-slide suggestions
01:55:591 (1,2,3) - looks kind of ugly

00:45:114 (3) - This speed change really caught me off guard when sight-reading. Thanks to the direction of the slider though players should be able to play this and not combo break or get a 100 even, but I still suggest removing the speed up or at least toning it down (to 1.5 to be consistent with the other one at 02:08:210) since imo it doesn't really fit much.
