Hello, here's a mod from YGOkid8 for the Project Thorough Modding
I was making the mod for over three days, or four. I was doing many other mods at the same time! So it may happen that some of the suggestions were already suggested owo!

Normal

Flows/Emplacements of the objects
To make sure there's no random jumps, has great flows, do not have random objects placed on the timeline that doesn't fit with the song;

01:38:930 (3,4) - I tried this many time: Actually, it would sound better if both of these objects were reversed (By doing Ctrl+G). The reverse arrow of the slider will be perfectly placed in a way that will fit with a sound I'm hearing and the song itself. It mostly made me think of one of the previous objects, at 01:34:755 (4,5) - , which are situated on red ticks. In my opinion, it will sound better like this.
01:40:494 (1) - *Important* I think you've misplaced the end of this spinner. It's ending a bit farther than it should. Move it to 01:42:321, it will be placed on a big downbeat and on the two other difficulties, this spinner is ending here. It will be better if you do the change.
03:02:407 (2,3) - You could make the same thing like I've suggested for 01:38:930 (3,4) -
03:03:973 (1) - I think you've made a copy/paste from the previous kiai time but you simply changed the emplacement of your objects, right? So, don't forget to fix this one!
04:09:190 (2,3) - Same as said for 01:38:930 (3,4) -
04:10:755 (1) - Same as said 01:40:494 (1) - ; You should actually look at the objects correctly when you are copy/pasting..

I have completely nothing to say on the hitsounds and new combos, the hitsounds are perfectly consistent and for the New Combos, they seems to be alright. Good job!

00:19:364 (5,6,7,8,9) - You could be making a smoother star pattern here, it currently look a bit odd in a way because it looks like the circle (7,9) are a bit too close from each others, which makes a bad star form. You could use the Create Polygone Circles' feature to help you.
00:35:538 (5) - I guess it will be better if this slider was not placed like that.. Placing this slider there is just a bit weird, I suggest you to place it some grids down, an emplacement which won't touch the previous slider:
Example
00:47:799 (5) - That may sound a bit nazi but well.. I thought that you could be making a better blanket with the next circle and also, the previous slider's end is almost touching the beginning of this slider. That's not bad, but you can improve it. So, disable the distance snap and move this slider one grid up. By doing this, it's going to make a better blanket and the end the of the previous slider won't be touching the beginning of this slider \:D/
02:20:669 (3) - Another nazi thing, a better blanket can be done here. Just by moving the last node one grid up, it will make a perfect blanket

Hitsounds
In case there's inconsistencies with your hitsounds, useless hitsounds. I may also suggest you some things to make your hitsounds better;

Perfect! There's completely nothing wrong in here. All the hitsounds are consistent!

New combos
New combos are one of the things I think it's important for a beatmap. Combos shouldn't be overused, have too much objects in a combo and should fit with the song;

01:02:669 (5) - To do like you've done previously with these two combos; 00:49:364 (1) - , I guess it will be better if you add a new combo here and then, you delete the new combo to 01:03:712 (1) - . 01:02:669 (5,6) - The slider (5) is placed on a big downbeats, which you normally add new combos and also, these two sliders are almost the same from the next one, but in more longer. I guess it will be good if you do that change.
01:25:625 (5) - Most of your new combos are kinda.. weird because they're not perfectly added in a consistent way. For an example, on the third Kiai Time, most of the New combos are divided by each big downbeats. It would actually be better if they were following each others. So, add a new combo at this slider. Do the same for 02:49:104 (5) -
01:29:799 (5) - Like said on the previous point, add a new combo here.
01:36:061 (4) - Same thing for here too, add a new combo.
02:52:234 (1) - Remove the new combo at this circle and then, you could be able to add another New combo to 02:53:278, it's going to follow the vocals like that..
04:06:321 - A new combo can also be added here for the same reasons as the other previously.

00:19:104 (2,3,4) - The pattern and the sound of these objects are a bit awkward. It would have been better if it has an object to 00:19:365 - since that's a slider, which is placed on an upbeat and on the upbeats, you usually add claps to keep the consistency. But since there's no objects at this place, you can't. I'm suggesting you to make another pattern to follow the consistency and the song at the same time. Before doing it, make sure to delete the clap to 00:19:626. After that, if you agree on the pattern below, add a clap to 00:19:365. Example
00:35:800 (1,2) - By listening the vocals, the slider (2) is completely sounding late. Because at this place, there's a vocal that starts to 00:36:321, which is actually the end of the slider (1). It could have been better if it was clickable. So, to help you a bit, I made this pattern which following the vocals and the song. (Almost make sure that the hitsounds are consistency if you do the change)

01:38:147 (1,3) - I know while playing we would notice it but, on the editor, this lap is actually weird. You should be moving the slider (3) a bit more to make sure it's not overlapping the previous slider's end.
02:02:930 (4,2) - *total nazi* Actually, these circles are almost aligned together. I thought that since they were close to be aligned, making them perfectly aligned will make a better symmetry.

Hitsounds
In case there's inconsistencies with your hitsounds, useless hitsounds. I may also suggest you some things to make your hitsounds better;

00:35:278 - Hm, why there's a clap here? It's on a red tick, which doesn't follow the consistency of your previous objects also, there's also a clap on the previous upbeat. So actually, you should delete it so it's going to be consistent.
00:41:800 - It feels like there's missing something here, mostly that at this place, there's a stronger/louder sound and there's a big-downbeat and the beginning of a new combo. By seeing the Hard difficulty, there's a finish here. You could be doing the same thing by keeping the consistency with Hard by adding a finish on the beginning of the slider.
00:45:452 - There's no claps? It's on an upbeat! It should have one, no? Also, on the Hard diff, there's one. I don't see why skipping it c:
00:50:147 - Like I told you about the finish, when she sings, at this place, it's getting louder. You should be adding one to emphasize it. Do the same for 01:15:191.
00:58:756 - I think you've added this clap by accident since you've also added one on your next object (which is alright since it's on an upbeat). So actually, delete this clap since there's actually two in a row and that sounds bad and that's not consistent.
01:18:843 - There's missing an hitsound here and that's awkward since you were adding clap at every upbeats and you skipped that one, which is inconsistent. do the same for 02:14:147, 02:19:365, 02:30:843, 03:03:191
01:31:365 - with these weird sounds you've added, make sure to add a whistle to keep the consistency with your previous hitsounds, like you did before the kiai time.
02:38:669 (1) - Like said for the finishes, add one to emphasize the loud vocal.
03:40:756 - I like what you did there with the whistle-claps on the previous and next patterns. It seems like you've missing to add a clap here. It would be better if you add one, if you want to keep the consistency with your hitsounds.

New combos
New combos are one of the things I think it's important for a beatmap. Combos shouldn't be overused, have too much objects in a combo and should fit with the song;

01:30:061 (1) - By looking on your next and previous combos, I think it's unnecessary to add a new combo. Please, delete it to make these Combos consistent. Same thing for 01:38:147 (1) -. Same for 02:57:452 (1) - and 02:57:452 (1) -.
03:56:147 (1) - Like you did with your previous Kiai Time, I think it will be more consistent if there was not a new combo at this place. Same as 04:00:061 (1) -

my policy as a modder is to point out everything that bugs me. everything, regardless of being an actual issue or not. though they seem like small changes, i highly recommend you do them all, but you are of course, not obliged to. note that with beat placement suggestions, i didn't fix up spacing around it, so you'll have to do that yourself.

it might take a while to do all this, but please give every suggestion careful consideration!

Normal:
00:19:626 (4,5) - These would flow and look better if you move these down a bit. Move (4) to x:176 y:76 and (5) to x:312 y:36.
00:20:931 (1,2) - With what you're doing with these sliders, having a bigger curve in them would look and flow better imo. Not as big as the previous (4), but bigger... anyway try fiddling around with it.
00:27:191 (3,4,5) - Since rhythm is the same, why not c&p the previous one, rotate 180° and put it here? Makes it look neater.
00:32:148 (4,5) - Flip the (4) horizontal, then place at x:48 y:80? Then put the (5) at x:96 y:220

hehe i told you that you'd have to fix spacing after doing the placements i suggested

examples:

00:20:409 (5,1) - 1.2
00:35:539 (4,1) - 2.4

etc. fix them and make them 1.0~

now for the serious part. i was looking through the rest of the diffs, and here are my thoughts.

Normal and Hard are good. Was feeling quite confident about this map until I came upon Mintong's diff. I suggest removing his diff. why?
Three reasons:

Difficulty of Mintong is quite similar to Hard (even same SV). Having two Hards is not necessary.
There is quite a bit of overmapping in this diff, with no good reason. From what I can see, they're only there to make the diff. harder.
With a song this slow, having a good Insane seems unlikely, so I suggest for your Hard to be the hardest diff.

Furthermore, I recommend having an Easy as well. Normal is quite challenging for the easiest difficulty, yet Hard is not very hard in terms of difficulty. As we have a mapset that's on the lower end of the difficulty rating, including an Easy will make this mapset more solid. If you want, I can make an Easy for you and call another MAT to check on this map.

My proposal is this: delete Mintong's diff, and I will make you an Easy. When I'm done, find some mods for the diff. and I'll call another MAT to mod your map. I have gone through this with Andrea, and he is in full agreement with me.

Give it some thought, and make sure you talk to Mintong about it first!

Just delete some notes on [Normal] to decrease the star rating

And to decrease the gap, I think [Hard] is needed to map
But actually...... it's probably okay to keep this

my views have changed a little bit, so i'll just state them again here.

the easy way out is to just add an Easy diff. We'll have a good spread, and we can be fine with two Hard diffs. problem solved.

but i'm not satisfied with this. the "problem" may be solved, but i still think this mapset can be improved. you must admit that it is ideal for the mapset to have an even diff. spread, right? there's no reason why we can't try to do so, even though it'll take a bit more work. it is of course up to the mappers (SCV and Mintong) whether they want to do so.

my stance is this: as well as adding an Easy, remap Mintong (without overmapping) so that there is a noticeable difficulty difference between Mintong and Hard. My suggestion is to use higher SV (~1.8-2.0) and jumps.

i have here an example of how one can make a harder diff. without overmapping. it may not be great, but my point should stand that it can be done:
