[*] In my view it's totally fine. Nothing to say here.

Overall the difficultie is fine. You only might want to consider making the transition from slider to circles smoother, for example:
00:15:152 (2,1,2) - http://puu.sh/1PpSm
00:19:663 (4,1) - http://puu.sh/1PpTL

[*]Hitcircles
00:23:723 (1,2,3) - How about using such beats http://puu.sh/1PpXC ?
00:30:941 (1,2,3) - ^
[R e d's Hard]
[*]Hitcircles
00:14:475 (2) - Slider-end as first beat is questionable in general as far as I know. Though I have no problem with it.
00:17:182 (4,5) - Maybe this beat http://puu.sh/1Pqdb ?
00:28:911 (2) - Same as above.
[Insane]
[*] In my view it's fine. Nothing to say here.
[Taiko Futsuu]

00:02:069 (1) - combo colour has been changed from blue to red.
00:02:069 (1,1,2,1) - I suggest D D K K, the other pattern dosen't sound well placed because it starts with a K. Those notes are not really emphasized in taiko.
00:11:092 (1,1,2) - I know that it has two higher pitches in that song at 1,2 but I rather suggest to use ddk. Plays easier in a futsuu and shows that don is the main beat here. (same goes to similiar patterns)
00:29:137 - You can use here kiai

That's all. Map is fine, but would be good to lower the kat-ration in this map.
[Taiko Oni]

00:03:197 (1) - k sounds here way better plus deleting note at 00:03:648 (1) - . Transition to finisher is better in this way.
00:07:144 (2,1) - Not really necessary these notes.
00:09:513 (2,3,1,1,2,1) - Ha, really good idea. But keeping kkd is maybe better since the high pitch is much emphasized.
00:13:122 (2,1,1) - Here you can use a reverse pattern: dkd. It plays well.
00:27:558 (2,1,1) - kdk ^reason
00:18:535 (1,2,1,1,2,1,1,2,1,2,3,1) - ddk kkd ddk kkd, this time you can use 50/50 instead of just one sort of pattern as you did before(ddk ddk)
00:32:971 (1,2,1,1,2,1,1,2,1,2,3,1) - ^
00:29:137 - You can use here kiai

The change of your style is seeable. You used your own beats for the song. Overall that's fine, but some may be re-edited.

Good luck with the project. Hope I could help you (meh sleepy)

keep it that, i just make good blanket and good flow and good symentric i don't see what problem here

00:02:069 (1,1,2,1) - I suggest D D K K, the other pattern dosen't sound well placed because it starts with a K. Those notes are not really emphasized in taiko. Sorry, but the pitch in the music says K D D K-
00:11:092 (1,1,2) - I know that it has two higher pitches in that song at 1,2 but I rather suggest to use ddk. Plays easier in a futsuu and shows that don is the main beat here. (same goes to similiar patterns) Why should ddk be easier to play? I see no difference in playing ddk or dkk, both are farily simple, and because dkk followsa the pitch (as you already figured out), this will stay, sorry.
00:29:137 - You can use here kiai I really don't like Kiai on this map at all, sorry.

That's all. Map is fine, but would be good to lower the kat-ration in this map.
[Taiko Oni]

00:03:197 (1) - k sounds here way better plus deleting note at 00:03:648 (1) - . Transition to finisher is better in this way. Kat yes, delete the note, no.
00:07:144 (2,1) - Not really necessary these notes. There still is music similar to the part b4 where I used 5notes aswell, no change.
00:09:513 (2,3,1,1,2,1) - Ha, really good idea. But keeping kkd is maybe better since the high pitch is much emphasized. If I would change that, I would ahve to change the following stream aswelll (transitionissues) and end up having the same part like 7385x times in the map.
00:18:535 (1,2,1,1,2,1,1,2,1,2,3,1) - ddk kkd ddk kkd, this time you can use 50/50 instead of just one sort of pattern as you did before(ddk ddk) kkd ddk kkd ddk it is
00:32:971 (1,2,1,1,2,1,1,2,1,2,3,1) - ^ ^
00:29:137 - You can use here kiai Same as in Futsuu

[*]Hitcircles
00:14:475 (2) - Slider-end as first beat is questionable in general as far as I know. Though I have no problem with it. i see no problem
00:17:182 (4,5) - Maybe this beat http://puu.sh/1Pqdb ? cant open the puush link :(
00:28:911 (2) - Same as above.^

Consider adding "Dr. Robotnik" to tags as this is his proper name.

[Easy]
00:00:941 (2) - add whistle to make a nice melody follow here. The beat placement itself does already indicate what you follow here so it would be good to support it with hitsounds.
00:04:550 (2) - ^

[Normal]
00:00:265 (1,2) - I don't know how I feel about these sliders. They don't really match the song here. With the whistle on the 2 and 4 of the bar it also seems like a generic 4/4 placement but it doesn't reflect this part of the song. Maybe you should go with a repeat slider here to match the melody: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/577334 Also add whistles to the repeat and the ending point to match the song.
00:03:874 (1,2) - ^
00:24:174 (2,3) - beat placement seems off here. It would be more fitting for this kind of difficulty to follow the melody properly here: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/577307 Also adjust the hitsounds to the new placement afterwards.
00:31:392 (2,3) - ^

[R e d's Hard]
00:00:490 (2) - the whistle should be on the end and not the turning point to match the melody. The whistle on the white tick just sounds off here because the rhythm and melody don't not support it.
00:04:325 (3) - ^
00:14:926 (1) - starting this slider on the red tick is not a very good gameplay decision. Try to use compose -> convert slider to stream... in the options. Having a stream that matches the drums will mask the missed downbeat of the two sliders before and will be less confusing in terms of flow.

[Insane]
00:00:716 (3,4) - switch the whistle from (3) to (4) to make it clear you are following the melody here. The stacks of 2 notes don't really indicate a long notefollow so you should focus on communicating that to the player in the beginning. Hitsounds are one way to do this...the other one would be combos but I don't think it would be better to split the notefollow.
00:04:325 (3,4) - ^

Taikos look fine. The long DDDDDD and KKKKKK sections on Oni are a bit weird but they kinda fit.
Poke me after you've worked through this post.

Short, Simple, but amazing! great map, and congrats!

Edit: The official name of this song is called "STH2 Boss 〜Mega Drive version〜" <-- what a stupid name.. Probably don't need to change this.. Regardless the name of the song is probably just "Boss"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonic_the_Hedgehog_2_(16-bit) - Disc 1 - Track 20

also the artist name should be "中村 正人" "Nakamura Masato" Considering we have to follow these rules:
http://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/Ranking_Criteria#Metadata

"Eastern artists must be written in the proper 'surname firstname' format (e.g. Japanese/Chinese/Korean). If you're unsure of your artist's name, then check previously ranked maps, Google, Wikipedia, or ask a BAT/MAT for help."
