Only about those. Okay, if you map to the lyrics here that's fine then. But then the part where it gets confusing is right after that: 01:22:595 (1,2,3)
Because there are no lyrics anymore to map to. I think, maybe, you could improve the flow here by deleting 2 so you have some consistency until the lyrics continue at 01:23:004 (4)

Just to ask: Wouldn't it looks better without Letterbox? The BG (and the SB) does not really fit with Letterboxes.

Talked with people about the taiko, all of them have said it's well constructed. Had a look myself and while I'm not particularly good at taiko modding there aren't any of the commonly seen issues.

I highly recommend finding a MAT/BAT who can seriously in depth mod taiko to give the next bubble/approve.

  1. Was it intentional for Blue Dragon to start flashing at 01:55:185 - break? The first break had neither of the names.
  2. I have a higher accuracy with offset 6106 (+11). Lemme know how this works for you.
  3. Tag taiko since you have one.

  1. HP Drain probably should not be 6. I like HP4 for maps of this intensity over 3 minutes.
  2. My biggest concern about the Taiko diff is that the slow parts don't have a very well defined rhythm. That is:
    1. 00:43:185 (362) - to 00:56:276 (368) - it essentially becomes a "watch the circle" game instead of trying to follow the rhythm. Personally I feel it's pointless to have 8 circles 8/1 apart, so I would just remove this section.
    2. 01:55:731 (168) - to 02:07:731 (190) - feels pretty awkward too. During testing I never have a set offset difference, at times I'd get 20ms early and others I'd be late.
    3. If you completely remove these two sections you will have 30 seconds less of a map. If you don't feel it's a good solution, let's try to come up with something else here.
  3. 01:10:458 (420,421,422,423,424) - Unless you were against using 1/3 for a reason, 1/3 follows this much more closely.

I see no real reason to add a diff that will go into taiko mode.

And you can get in passing range halfway through the song even with misses, and if you lose that towards the end when it gets hard that might be an issue with your playing. • As said in-game chat, 00:10:390 - this timing section sounds really loud. I can understand that the other timing volumes are at 100% but with the Soft set.

This is what the timings are at.
I am suggesting two things to you,
  1. Decrease the volume of 00:10:390 - at 80%
  2. *Change the set to Soft like the others.
*If you actually do this one, the other timing set can be deleted.
• 01:37:731 (1) - to 01:44:549 (12) - . As you can hear, there's alot of finishes which it can be really annoying. But this is not the problem.
This 01:44:549 (12) - to this 01:46:458, there's no finishes. It feels empty to have no finish since you added alot previously. To Keep the consistency, you should add finishes to:
  1. 01:44:822 (1) -
  2. 01:45:367 (5) -
  3. 01:45:640 (8) -
  4. 01:45:913 (1) -
• 02:34:458 - same as I said for the point above. You add finishes to 02:30:095 to 02:34:458 and it suddently stops. Again here, I am suggesting you two things.
  1. *Delete these finishes. (02:30:095 to 02:34:458)
  2. Add more finishes after this point.
*If I was you, I would have delete these finishes since you only have them for 4 seconds.
• 02:50:822 (6) - You could add a finish here to keep the consistency with 02:49:731 (12) - and 02:51:913 (15) - .

Hitobjects must never be off-screen. All mapsets are played from a fixed-screen viewpoint, so any hitobjects that are even partially off-screen can make it very difficult to read the pattern they are following. Test play your map to confirm this.

I agree (as in "I agree that mods shouldn't change how a map has to be modded/fixed"), but I still find it funny that some people made rules about stuff that basically can't be played easily on Hidden but plays fine normally.

Also, stop blaming me for whatever happened in the ranking/approving process of this map. I wasn't ANY involved with it, the only thing I did was submit the old map, struggle for it to get approved and fail (because there were 'easier maps waiting for it'), then ztrot asked me to resubmit the map and then he got it ranked on his own.

If you really want to put the blame in someone when you don't even know the story behind it, you are stupid.

Yes, this goes to some certain people in a certain country, who seem to hate me for no reason at all.

Well idk wtf is wrong with Argentina but ~I~ don't hate you at all :3. Fame is always going to attract some very vocal haters, you just have to accept that fact and deal with it. They are just jealous of your legendary status as a mapper.

Tags issue isn't unrankable, so even if this kid tries, he won't make the map unranked. He can try to make whatever he wants, the map was checked by 3 team members so it just won't be unranked.

Deal with it.

as silly as the tag sounds i questioned it too made no sense but i figured just like with guest names on beat maps it should be consistent also it is a tag not reason to unrank over something so minor it isn't really a map error now is it.

This map would've been way better with AR 10, just like Airman =_=.

If the mapper sticks to AR9, please don't force them to fix it. It doesn't mean that you guys want AR10, doesn't mean he should follow.

Making it AR9 gives more challenge to players and also making it more playable for not-so-pro players.

This kind of maps can only be correctly (somewhat) played by VERY good players, if you are not used to AR 10, then you probably can't play this at all, and when you get used to AR 10 this kind of maps are way better to play with max AR. I am not a high AR master, I like AR 9 overall, but this kind of maps just look and play better with AR 10.

Just use HardRock if you think that you have Problems with AR9.
And so what if circles getting smaller and the HP getting harder, deal with it that the AR is at 9.

I wanted to use AR10 but ztrot found it better as AR9, saying that if you want AR10 you can just put HR on. I personally don't agree much, but he's the mapper now ;p

The thing is that I'm tired of people wanting to find stupid reasons to unrank it just because they don't like the map (or the mapper, like Mercurial's case). It's even more offending than my answers, and it's also a terrible attitude.

look guys. there is nothing wrong with the slider. its perfectly playable. if you have a have problem with it, then too bad. this isn't even worth a unrank. if the whole path was off-screen, then yes, that would be enough for a unrank. but its all on screen and totally re-able. stop bitching about the tiniest little detail
