i like this diff, but i'm not impressed with the number of whistles used. i highly suggest adding them on some parts to match the vocals in the song. for example there should be whistles at the kiais because there's high pitched noises in the vocals.
I have already tried, but many whistle don't fit the song for me. And I feel it makes noisy. Umm, but added whistle a few more

Extreme? ik you have Extreme on Sayonara goodbye, but your other ranked maps have insane written on it. is there a resemblance to the name "Extreme" besides that it's another word for insane?
It's just my insistence. This diff name is along project DIVA. (Easy->Normal->Hard->Extreme) I hope you understand it. You know I love Vocaloid and Project DIVA lol
00:21:025 (4) - For consistency with the last combo, make this note a NC, for the whole combo, do something similar like the last combo. i was expecting a jump similar to the previous combo, so do something like that to challenge players or players might expect it.

00:24:400 (4,5) - replace this for a stream to give off a nice challenge to players? after all this is the "Extreme" diff.
I want to keep this because it looks cleaner than stream.
01:10:712 (4) - Move this to the point that the slidertick is under the circle. it'd look a lot neater during gameplay as it's right and i mean literally at the middle. I like this formation, so keep for now
01:32:650 (6) - i was expecting a jump on this note because it's the hardest diff in the song, and it'd look fun for players...well for me. anyways if you want to do this, do Ctrl+R. yes, you're right. But I don't want to add a jump here because it's a slow part.
01:44:462 (7) - remove the note at this note. it ruins the consistency in claps during gameplay, and with the current consistency pattern, i think it'd look unfitting to the song.

01:47:931 (3) - i'm not feeling that this 2/2 slider belongs in this part. right when the stream appears, it made me feel uncomfortable and it made me mess up. maybe this will work. keep (2) but add another circle and a 1/1 slider. it should follow the vocals and instrumental a lot better than the current one.
