Light modding
Normal:
01:29:65 (3,1) - this threw me off because it is the only set of beats in this diff that have a half note difference
Hard:
nothing
Insane:
The beginning seems to harder than the rest of your song

Try -5ms to all timing section (Vocal is a bit early than drum beats)
you can test it if you don`t feel it`s better
just keep your old offset

Shinxyn's hitsounds remind me of Healing D Vision [Hard]. The whistles at least.
