[Difficult]
00:20:024 (1) - Remove this new combo; it doesn't make any sense. Add a new one at 00:20:596 (7) for ~*consistency*~.
00:29:739 (1) - Replace this whistle with a clap on the slider's end-point for ~*consistency*~.
00:35:310 (5,6) - Not even sure which part of the music you're trying to represent here. If you still want to do something different here, two triplets fit the music way better.
Timeline Reference00:59:310 (5) - Add a hit-circle here like you did in the pattern starting here: 01:01:453 (1). You know, for ~*consistency*~.
01:11:453 (2) - Either add a clap here like you did at 00:53:167 (2) or remove the clap at the spot I just mentioned.
01:58:596 (9) - Add a hit circle here to follow that synth and for ~*consistency*~. It'll ruin your pattern but that's no excuse.
02:06:310 (3) - I know the music/hitsounds are getting quieter, but add a finish here like you've been doing for the last 6,000 or so measures or else it sounds unexpected and shitty. ~*consistency*~, again.
02:06:882 (6) - ^
[Niva's Normal]
-- Gah, so many places where you're ending sliders on beats where there should be a hit-circle or a slider start-point. Because you're not stressing the beats appropriately, the player gets less of a feel for the music. Also, it messes up combo placement, especially if you're inconsistent with it. Oh well, it'd require way too much work for a difficulty that is pretty solid otherwise.
01:14:882 (3) - It'd sound a lot better if you replaced the clap with a finish. It'd tie right in with the sliders. Try it and decide yourself.
01:40:596 (1) - Add a finish at the start of this slider like you did at 01:31:453 (1). The music is pretty dramatic at this point.
[Relaxing]
00:41:167 (1) - Replace the whistle with a clap for *~consistency~* reasons.
lol, hitsounds

edit:
[Taiko]
USE 1.4 SV; 1.6 BAAAAAAAD
Taiko is a percussion-based rhythm game. If you can make the map around both the melody and percussion, then great. However, at the very least, you need to be consistent and arrange your dons and katsu in a way that compliment the music.
00:36:024 (89) - Add a katsu here to follow that snare-like thing in the background (and for consistency). Change the roll if you have to.
