After play this again and again, I realized that I really cannot find any so-called "problem".

this map fit this map very well. (I mean the soft-hitfinish there).
about map itself, I assume that you want to make a CTB-hard map, because the pattern used here is more like a hard map.
If it is so, I suggest to have these change:
If it is an insane map, I suggest making more jumps. this map itself have some great jump, but it is not enough to be an "insane" map.
That's it.
This map is a good example of making a CTB specific map without any hyperdashes.

00:12:000 (3) - Ctrl+R, and if you apply this change, 00:11:600 (2) - this note needs to go more towards left.
00:16:400 (2,3,4) - change the spacing of these 3 note.(I think 1.6 is good)
00:18:000 (3) - make this slider stright.
00:21:600 (6) - not stacked well..
00:40:800 (6) - better overlap with 00:39:600 (3) - this note.
00:42:000 (2) - make a jump here?
00:53:600 (4,5,6) - make it same as 00:52:000 (6,7,1) - this?
01:11:200 (1) - move it more towards right?
02:03:200 (2) - make a jump here?
