  3. It's more correct using multiple red lines to have a more precise metronome, plus for to reset stanza's starts as it was even required for taiko some time ago: 539, 15.003 718 and 53.396 . Negative offset are bad too and if I remember, kiai start have to be on downbeats too.

Kiai have to starts on red tick for this song, it fits more than white one.
Negative offset is fine as long as the timing is correct and the first timing starts before the first note.

Bad? I don't think so. Those notes are already followed guitar leads, where you told didn't have that sound.
