I really like the ability to create folders on the Home Screen now. My game and app collection won't look as cluttered \o/
Now all we need is custom coloured folders.
Finished Rhythm Thief today. It was okay, but the story mode rhythm games are waaaay too easy. Also, finding the Phantom Notes are annoying, as the placement of remaining notes on the map changes depending on which note you managed to click first. Hard difficulty is looking a bit more promising, though. I liked the violin sequences with Marie, although I'd have liked to have seen more done with it. It was also kinda sad that although it purports to have 50 different rhythm games, they were all more or less revisions of 5 or 6 different ideas. Hiding behind statues was done about 5 times, so there goes a tenth of the games, right there.
Judging by the way Rhythm Thief ends, I'm thinking they're wanting to leave it open for a sequel. I liked Raphael, too. He's a smooth kid. His grooves could be funkier though.
I'm starting to wonder what it is with the 3DS and Paris? Both Dr. Lautrec and Rhythm Thief games are set Primarily in France. They even have a similar art style, for the cutscenes. They're obviously not linked, due to One being produced by Konami and the other by SEGA, but it's still a bit of a coincidence that two out of the fifteen or so available games here are set there.
Also, why do so many 3DS games have such terrible editing? RT has spelling errors here and there, but they're few and far between. On the other hand, we have Resident Evil: Revelations, and I believe the translator was asleep on the job, or failed English miserably. Heck, they even got the first print editions' covers fucked up.
