As requested, sorry slightly late.

General]
Looks fine to me
[
Easy]
00:05:872 (2,3) - I prefer if you place it like this
http://puu.sh/oGlE, but it just preference and you don't have to do it.
00:18:453 (4) - If you really want finish here, I think you should lower the volume here, as there is no cymbal sound in the background. To be honest, I think it'd be better if you use a custom kick drum/bass sound instead through.
00:15:066 (3) - Copy (1), Ctrl+ J, add repeat and place it here instead? Just preference again.
http://puu.sh/oGnD00:32:001 (1) - I think you should use red point on this too
http://puu.sh/oGqx, but again just preference.
00:35:872 (1) - Same as 00:18:453.
00:47:485 (1,2) - I think you should do slider instead like (3) & (4). They're all following the same rhythm and I really don't see why for this part, it's 2 hit circles. Also give a nice effect to the instrument (nothing > clap, nothing > clap, nothing > clap).
00:47:485 (1,3) - Depending on if you change above parts or not, combo numbers may be different. I can hear finish in the background at 00:47:485 & 00:49:421 so please put some there, as I notice you lowered the volume of most finish you put, I suggest to lower it here too.
01:00:550 (4) - I like to use slider shape sometime to represent the music, the vocal sings on the red tick on this slider (01:00:792 & 01:01:275) so represent this with a red tick right on the center?
http://puu.sh/oGsq01:05:388 (4) - Similar to above, vocal sings on the red tick, but for this one, just curve this slider?
01:06:840 (1,2) - As the prominent (cymbal + vocal) sound in the music is on the red tick here, it can be difficult to hit the hit circle properly if you rely on music to play so maybe do slider instead to make it a bit easier to play?
01:11:679 (2) - Same as 01:05:388.
01:16:517 (4) - Same as 01:00:550, just curve if you don't want to use red point.
01:22:324 (1,2) - Similar to 01:06:840, finish and vocal start on the red tick (01:22:082) so it make it hard to hit (1) properly.
Timing pointsI notice the song change in volume, but you didn't put a timing point to represent this so how about...00:09:259 - 50% volume
00:23:775 - 55% volume, Don't need to add this one if you don't want to. 00:24:259 - 60% volume
00:39:743 - 70% volume
Also for last spinner, I highly recommend fading it out rather then like this since it sound way too loud especially from 01:28:130 till end as the song greatly reduce in volume there. So I recommend putting timing point at
01:26:679 - 65%
01:27:163 - 50%
01:27:646 - 35%
01:28:130 - 20%
01:28:614 - 10%
You don't have to do it this way, but I highly recommend slowly lowering the volume rather then this.
Wow, mod for this diff turn surprisingly long, but everything is just suggestion except for fading out the spinner at the end. Diff looks good to me, but I think for future maps, you shouldn't strain from putting notes on red ticks, it really fits some part here.
[
Normal]
- Take a look at what I suggest for timing point in Easy specifically (00:09:259 & 00:24:259 & 00:39:743.), I think it's better then keeping volume consistent for those part.
00:01:034 (1) - Sound better to me without the whistle. When you put the whistle, the finish sound clipped.
00:02:969 (1) - Can hear cymbal here, but not as loud as the first one so finish with reduced volume instead? No whistle on this for same reason as above.
00:07:808 - I think you should add a timing point at the middle of the spinner to reduce the volume here as the spinner spin bonus sound, sounds too loud here for me.
00:29:098 (2) - I assume you put red point to represent that you're following instrument here? I don't really agree with red points here as the music sound really "smooth" for me and doesn't have a "rough" feel to it. Subjective, so change if you want, but since all other sliders are smooth sliders (white points), this one really stood out for me. Or you can leave it straight like 00:32:969 (2).
00:43:130 (6) - Hm, intentional overlap? It doesn't look bad so you don't need to fix it.
00:43:614 (1) - I think this slider can be a bit better
http://puu.sh/oGxp. Feel free to adjust it a bit more as I only spend a couple minutes on it.
318,72,43614,6,0,B|368:50|419:75|463:136|419:196,1,216,0|8
00:44:824 (3) - Finish seems better then clap (on 1st repeat and end) for me as the cymbal sound is more noticeable then the bass sound in background.
00:48:211 (2) - Similar to 00:29:098, music sound smooth here for me and red point ruins that feeling.
00:49:421 (1) - Finish (reduce volume maybe if you think it's too loud) here for cymbal in backgrounds
01:00:792 (4,6) - Cymbal in background so finishes [on (4) & begin of (6)], not sure why you're not putting them as the default finish sound great on the cymbal sound in this song
01:20:146 (4) - Finish at begin, you put it at 00:51:114 (3) so why not here?
01:24:017 (1) - This slider can be better, but I try to make it better and it was quite difficult, so I guess it's fine.
All is suggestion but finishes as I see no reason not to put them. Diff looks good otherwise.
[
Hard]
-1 hp & od for better difficulty spread. Easy has 1 hp & od, Normal has 3 hp & od and Insane has 7 hp & od so changing for this diff to 5 makes it completely balance and a nicer spread.
00:07:203 (4,5,6,1,2,3) - I think you should use some timing points and make volume lower, for example, on (4), 50% volume, on (5) 40% volume, on (6) 30% volume and on (1), 20% then back to 60% or whatever you want for the finish 00:08:775 (4). Sound much better to me as the music is getting softer here.
00:30:429 (7) - Hm make this slider nicer?
http://puu.sh/oGFV00:42:163 (5) - Try to place a bit more in the center of (4) & (6) [1.00x distant snap]?
http://puu.sh/oGGj00:43:614 (1) - Same as 00:30:429.
00:51:114 (1) - ^, slider would look better especially in this diff if you snap the end properly, for example, unsnapped
http://puu.sh/oGGE, snapped
http://puu.sh/oGGK00:57:646 (7) - ^
01:00:792 (5) - Should copy (7) and Ctrl+J and Ctrl+R here.
01:09:985 (7) - A bit hard to read as lot of stack on each other and slightly low approach rate so new combo here?
01:13:130 (6) - I think you should curve this slider as well as (5) is curved and they're following the same rhythm. When I see that they're different, I think the music changes which isn't really the case here.
01:13:856 (1) - I think lead nicer to jump if you do a slight jump here (1.2x distant snap maybe).
01:26:195 (1) - I recommend fading this spinner out rather then like this, look at Easy if you're not sure what to do (on the timing points section of it).
Map seem fine, but sliders need polishing
[
Insane]
00:08:775 (1) - You had finish here in Easy so why not here too?
00:11:921 (5,6) - I think you should do jump instead, this way work, but I feel the map is a bit clustered here. Look at 00:08:775 (1,2,3,4,5), everything overlap each other a bit, and this goes for most of this section, so nice to have a break from this and have some jump here and there. So if you do this, you should do for 00:19:663 (5,6), 00:27:404 (6,7), etc. Won't mention them again.
01:20:146 (6,7) - I think you should stack this stream
01:21:477 (3,4,6,1) - And snap these two streams to higher distant snap. No particular reason except it play better for me.
Don't see much to mention, except for one thing, and consider it for future map. Don't hesitate to do 1/4 jumps, even through you're snapping the note to distant snap, everytime you do 1/4, it feel like the song pauses which isn't good as the song doesn't really feel that way for me. Doing jump remedies this problem and help make map follow the song a bit better and makes for a more natural play so consider it. Especially for this song where the bpm is quite low. The map doesn't play bad through, but I think with some jumps on the 1/4, would be better. Here's a quick suggestion, for example here 01:11:800 (3,4), how about stacking (3) on (4) and doing a jump?
Well map seem good to me, but could more mods as I notice some issue (nothing unrankable) which I highly recommend to change in all the diffs.
So star and good luck, don't be discourage by my big mod as most of it is just suggestions anyway.
Edit: (T) - use it to represent timing point- seem to cause error with the new system so remove them all
