Hard to say, there are quite some games that feel impossibly hard. Just from the top of my head, I'd say Ghouls and Ghosts. I'll never understand how such a game, that's made of pure frustration, could have ever become so popular.
Prime was...meh...in the difficulty department. MP2 was really hard just because the two dimensions thing was ridiculous to figure out. But MP3 on Hypermode difficulty (yay Trilogy )was definitely the hardest, every freaking enemy goes into Hypermode as soon as they see you. So annoying.vizzy wrote:

Probaly Osu! That's why I like it so much. Other than that I'd say Starcraft II. Not so much on the singleplayer department, but when you start playing the MP aka the real deal shit just gets too tough for my nerves. I wanna be the guy isn't really a hard game. Its more about memorizing stuff. Yeah, I've beaten it a couple of times.
