might be just some kind of personal thing, but i think u should rework that section a little, maybe make 1:19:644-1:20:811 1,2,3,4 1,2,3,4 into 4 1/2 sliders followed by cyclone combo? just an idea^^
oh, and if u do that, u should also maybe rotate the 2nd combo in the cyclone a little so it doesnt stack with the prev combo like it does now since the notes are kinda hidden due to low approachrate

-Emdyion's Silver:
0:09:140 (1) jump feels awkward
0:10:473 (1) ^
0:14:473 (5) ^
0:27:640 (1,2,3,4 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) if i listen to it at 100% the notes seem to be to early, if i do it at 25% i see what notes ur trying to hit.... feels a little bit off since the high-pitched notes are actually better to hear then the lower-pitched that u actually want. the notes on that part are kinda echoing i guess, starting with a low-pitch and echo out with a high pitch, i think that makes it feel that awkward to me, but might just again be a personal issue :)
0:34:306 (5) spacing is off by .1 on this compare to the previous ones in the combo, maybe move it 2rosterticks to the right on tiny grit, that would make it 1.12 and would look better imo since its more of an arch then
1:41:311 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) in the previous combo the distance constantly increases from 1.00 to 2.15, so i thought it might be nice to just decrease the distance in that part, going down to 1.00 from the 2.15, might feel nice i think, at least thats what i rly enjoy to play
1:50:144 (8) maybe remove that one? feels like an empty note since theres no actual hit in the music i think, theres a tripple base-hit one (8,-,1) but then i think there should be 3 1/4 notes (link: http://250kb.de/cDYtaNQ )
1:57:144 (-) maybe add a center circle on the red tick after the spinner? i think it would fit there bcuz of the snare hit there.... just an idea, no criticism :)

*Even though four of the difficulties start right at the beginning of the map, I really don't see a need for an audio lead-in. There's already two seconds of silence before the notes, and so adding a lead-in of 2 1/2 additional seconds is just overkill. If anything, change them to 0.5 seconds, but definitely nothing more.
*I'm surprised that Hard/Insane/Extra use 1.4 SV, while the guest Hard uses 1.6, but it's an issue, per se. I suggest using faster SVs for the hardest difficulties in the future, though!

*Uninherited section at 00:55:645 is unnecessary; remove and resnap notes!
*Uninherited section at 01:56:978 is unnecessary; remove and resnap notes!

[Rust]
00:54:306 (1) - Isn't snapped to the white tick (regardless of the uninherited section there).

[Bronze]
*Difficulty settings felt a bit low; I'd bump up the Drain and OD by 1 tick each.
00:08:973 (3) - love sliders like this
00:31:723 (1) - Since the approach late is a bit low, I'd move this to the red tick and shorten by 1/4.

01:48:478 (1,2) - Try and make these closer since (2) is only 1/2 after (1). Otherwise, they look more like 01:49:478 (2,3) which have a 1/1 space in-between...

Eh, My sister messed up with all my stars so there's nothing I could do for it.

Btw, Emdyion, please edit your own diff atm, i'm sorry im a bit busy this weekdays. So I might do all this by weekends.

Oh Derreku, I'll try to reduce the lead in. But maybe a sec or something since I find the breaks a bit long which makes me feel weird about it.

Since the timing changed, you'll want to move your inherited sections back by 5-10ms so that they're not late. Otherwise, I notice that many notes end up using the wrong samplesets or getting silenced from previous sections.

If you didn't already know, you can click/ctrl-click multiple sections in the timing window and then move them all at once: http://puu.sh/i5MJ

The difficulty spread is wonderful. Each difficulty acts just as they're supposed to, making things really enjoyable to digest. Gonna be really difficult for people to search the name of this though. :( Ah well, that's what tags are for, right? :D
