Someone already mapped this, though only one difficulty was made.

Rename to Normal. Even then, it's bordering on Hard, but not quite there yet.
00:17:67 (9) - Make the whistle occur across the entire slider (except the end).
00:18:67 (1) - Delete.
00:19:01 (1,3,4) - The clap-finish sounds bad when repeated three times.
00:28:78 (2) - Align with (1).

Alright, I added a bit more to the end of each difficulty (left the breaks in but shortened them). I also added little fading "alerts" next to the 2x sliders on Insane.

Fixed all of this. For some reason, these sliders had become shortened - they were originally snapped to 1/3. I must have broken something when submitting earlier. :(

Fixed some inconsistencies, but I more or less left things how they are - there's no distance snapping here but I think it's alright since this part of the song is the same as the last part.

I'll wait for a second opinion on the jumps before I change them - I think they're fine, and nobody else has said anything like this yet.

Hm, maybe. It's nerfed a lot from what it was originally. I might add a proper easy difficulty, but I have no idea how I'd map it. I started my osu! career playing normal/hard so I don't really know how easy maps play. :? If anyone wants to map an easy for this, go right ahead.

[00:29:681] this gap is quite nonsense... try to unify the next two yellow beats into a slider and add a beat after the slider
[01:01:981] clap on the two rapid beats here...

[01:07:298] this situation is like another one show upper (on 00:21:622); if you have modified that as I said, remember of this part!

[00:24:350] One of the "beat balls" (GREAT IDEA!) can be composed by four little sliders instead of 8 beats; plus, "complete" the 2nd beat ball by placing blue beats in the right order!
[01:06:189] for the rest of the song, replace the extrarapid beat series like this into rapid sliders (it isn't Insane yet...)

Both are already below the middle mark. I'll lower both one notch but no further. This is normal, not easy.

Yeah, this part of the music sounds slightly different from the three before it.

I wouldn't do this shit in any other difficulty but it's Insane so I think they're alright. I don't know how good a job those little storyboarded alerts do. I like this part though and would prefer not to get rid of it. :P
