I don't understand why 7 combo colors? I suggest maybe using 4 instead.
Easy:
Change to tick rate 2. Someone else going to complain for consistency if you don't hehe. (Me :L)
I prefer you use hitsounds on every 2 and 4 white ticks. What you're doing is using the clap hitsound on whatever tick you feel like. ;_;

1:33:476 (2,1) - This change of beat seems sudden. What I'm suggesting is to reduce the length of (2) by 2 beats and and adding a hit circle in it's place at 1:34:809. Up to you.

Hey there! Answering a request from my queue.

[Insane]:
  1. 00:12:976 (3) - This slider is bad. The reason is, there is nothing in the music that would be this long. Hearing the drum hit on the slider tick can also be confusing because you expect this slider to follow something, and instead it's not doing it right. You should split this into a slider+circle or a repeating slider which is shorter. See 00:13:476 (4,5), this is doing it right, so you should do the same or something. My personal opinion is that when you are forced to change the sound of a slider tick to match the music in the highest diff, you're probably doing something wrong.
  2. 00:15:643 (2) - Pretty much the same. It's not confusing though, but there is no need to make such a slider, because a shorter one + circle would work better.
  3. 00:23:309 (1) - Same thing. Although you could say that this one is following the voice, so it's okay more or less. I still stop pointing out these for now, they are superobvious and I could save some space if you just choose to decline these suggestions.
  4. 00:41:476 (6) - You could blanket this better. This looks ugly because it's touching the slider before. Try repositioning the slider points a little, maybe like this. Just less ugly haha.
  5. 00:54:143 (4) - New combo. It fits because you follow the voice better.
  6. 01:23:809 (1) - Well, this is allowed and it's not really bad, but I think you should keep the same distance like the notes before. 5 grids left and 3 down to fix the spacing, and then you can just rotate it a little so the slider arrow isn't at an awkward position.
  7. 01:26:143 (2) - New combo here instead of the previous note, fits the music better because it follows the start of the vocal.
  8. 01:29:143 (5) - Also new combo here (and remove from the next slider), follows the voice much better.

  2. 00:21:642 (1) - I don't like this note because it sounds offbeat. Sure it follows the music, but not entirely, because you would want a note at 00:21:809 as well then. You should map the timeline I suggested (especially cause you did it here 00:20:809 (2)), really alot of stuff in the music you skipped, could make a slider from these 2 notes as well or something.
  3. 00:30:893 (7) - Should probably remove this note, there is nothing in the music for it to follow. Considering you don't have such stuff anywhere else, it just looks weird and random.
  4. 00:44:643 (2) - This note can be very hard to see because of a previous hitburst. Since this isn't an insane diff, you should probably make it more visible, probably moving it to the right side of the sliders is a good idea.
  5. 00:46:143 (7) - This slider is problematic because of few things. First, it tries to follow too many things, which makes the combo awkward since you can't effectively place a new combo here because it starts too soon, and it repeats twice which is okay I guess, but not really necessary. What you can do is map a circle at this spot, and make a small jump to this slider which would repeat only once and start at 00:46:475 instead. When you do this, place the new combo on the slider then. Looks and sounds much better.
  6. 01:44:810 (3) - Could place a new combo here to make it more consistent with insane.
[Normal]:
  1. General: Sliders look ugly. You could make them more pretty without putting almost any effort as well. Few examples: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/149666 , http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/149667 , etc. Just look at those slider points. :| Can just use 3, one at the start, one at the end (preferably in the middle of the ending circle) and one in the middle, defining the curve.
  2. HPD-1, OD-1. Currently they make normal slightly harder than it should be.
  3. 00:48:809 (1) - Finish at the end of the slider, it's in the music as well.
  4. 01:34:809 - I am just guessing that claps after here are supposed to be like this. If that's the case, check your Hard and Insane diffs, no custom claps there, and you have them here.
  5. 01:44:809 (3) - Could also use a new combo here just like I suggested in hard.

  1. 00:21:975 (1) - This slider looks unsnapped. Also you have timingsections over a slidertick which do nothing.

Folder looks clean and the SB doesn't go above 5x load so I guess everything else is fine.
I didn't want to nazi the hitsounds in easy, but they could use more work, every 2nd white tick to have a clap where possible is a really good idea and I didn't like the switch to every first and 3rd tick under kiai. I guess it's not that bad, but I just didn't like it.

can't blame them . .
there are many maps ready for bubble everyday
and the bubble stays long enough (i remember when i am away from osu! there only 1 page of bubbled maps lol, and now becomes 4 pages). . .
and im not PMing one of MATs too :( . .

plus, i can't stalk modding queque now
well . .at least i ask for MAT check in modreq when i had a time

So, does anyone else think that this beat map should be approved or ranked yet! If found most if it quite good, but i have only ever made 1 beatmap so am not up to scratch, and probably dont really have the right to say any of this!

difference between your normal and easy is Great. Add difficulty between them or remap Normal difficulty and make it easier.

in a case like this, i think it'd be wiser to re-map both normal and easy; making normal easier (so it doesn't give the H rating) and making easy a bit harder.

generally kind of bad, try to find a way to optimize it by not having so much on the screen at once (combining the band members all into one image, maybe?)
