I'd swap for one of those nice shiny Apple keyboards, though. I used a laptop for a few years before, and I can't get used to the old keyboard buttons.

You can see how crowded the desk is on one sde - random unfinished papercrafts and stuff. (One is moon from Majora's Mask, other is Ocarina of Time.)
Fresh install of XP, so not much on there.

Can't see very well in the first, but under the tv are my N64 and Wii.
Well you can't really see the N64 at all lol. But, yeah, my games are just as important to me as my computer. You can see a few of my games a little bit away from the others on the shelves, and my memory cards. I have my Wii games and some of my GCN games stacked in the far corner of that upper shelf there. Like my N64, you can only just barely not see them.
You can also see my tablet sitting atop my computer.
And also my very cluttered left half of the desk (though the right side isn't that great either. I have lots of used post-it notes stacked between my computer and monitor and on the other side of the monitor).
We've actually moved my bed up here since I took those photos, so that's at the other side of the room, and my little table, clock radio, and mp3 player are all here, and some of the random other clutter in the room's moved a little bit. Most of what you see in the photos is unchanged though.

It's supposed to be the hottest room in the house, but I don't notice nowadays except when I go to sleep wearing polar fleece (expected, though). I very rarely use the fan nowadays. I make alot of random papercrafts that I find around the interwebs, and some I extract from N64 roms for authenticity. The thing next to it is an unfinished papercraft of the moon form Majora's Mask.[images]

I don't like opening Notepad all the time. At least with the notes I can just run my finger down the list until I hit something that I haven't modded yet. It's much more convenient than having to open Notepad EVERY TIME I want to add something to the list or check what's next on my list.

Seriously guys, I don't like opening programs (or anything else, including an agenda, journal, etc) all the time. In fact, it's completely unbearable for me. Running my finger down the list of post-its is easy and quick though.
I just noticed Ival and I use the same mic and he has the same laptop as my brother.

New work setup, moved into new office yay. I think I should get a bigger screen though haha. and some posters!

Word. It's great. There's just me and the other tracking guy in this massive office. You can see the empty desk infront of mine a bit. Behind me is his desk and a big ass work bench full of satellite testing kit. Before I was down in accounts and travelled endlessly between my desk and the workshop. The new office is a good balance, none of the noise of the workshop + less people. We have windows and aircon, good times ahead.

The Razer Lachesis is possibly the most awesome mouse ever.
Stepmania completely killed my own laptop keyboard. The down arrow barely works anymore, and all four keys have big holes in them. If I can find my camera I'll get a picture.

Actually it's just keyed like that, there's no keystone on this. So basically the bottom of the projection is level with the projector. It means it's fine for most situations but isn't as flexible as some. I'm playing Twilight Princess on it at the moment since I haven't yet.
