I have been told several times my map is unrankable because of drain time. But if there's no way my map is going to get ranked just because of this, this is just unfair.

3/4 examples listed are insane diffs or lower, the criteria states you can have 4:15 drain time for an insane only mapset. For expert diffs that's where the 5 minute drain time comes into play. Also considering Sunshine is only 3 seconds off from 5 mins I'd say that's fair whereas yours is 13 whole seconds.
Consider trying to either nerf it to an insane star rating if you really want this ranked (Something around 5.2* or lower). Simply put the map won't get nominated otherwise, it's unlikely an exception will be made.

could have added spinner starting from 00:00:019 - to 00:02:605 - and extended this spinner 04:49:760 (1) - to 04:59:329 - yeet

nuh, i tried it, last spinner was as long as you suggested before, and adding a spinner at the start did not get drain time to 5:00 yeet

you use the same whistle HS sample for both vocals and snares 00:13:812 (1) - 00:47:950 (4) - which removes the emphasis from either of them that hitsounds provide, consider readding hitsounds from scratch or have someone else do it for you if you have somebody who can do that.

quite a few missing hitsounds as well like 00:25:536 - this part has no hitsounding, unhitsounded objects like 01:06:571 (5) - 01:07:087 (11) - 01:07:260 (13) - 01:07:950 (2) - 01:19:502 (1) - 01:19:674 (3) - etc...

i can kinda see where you're going with hitsounding aswell, id say its okay for some parts such as
00:46:915 to 00:57:605
01:53:122 to 02:10:191
02:49:674 to 03:10:019 etc.

my only suggestion for them would be to add more on denser triples and bursts because you miss out on them almost completely and your hitsounding is mostly clap-whistle-clap throughout all drops so its very bland in terms of feedback

for example adding whistles on all 4 circles 03:04:502 (5,6,7,8) - here would result in more audatory feedback, same for 01:58:295 (5,6,7,8) - and 00:57:605 (6,7,8,9) - etc.
also would go for triples 00:58:467 (3,4,5) - , 01:01:312 (3,4) - , 01:02:950 (4,5,6) - etc.

you can also add more variety to drops that repeat themselves; as example, from (02:59:329), can have like
03:00:019 (3) - an added whistle on sliderhead and same on 03:00:364 (4) - , then a measure break and then again added whistle on 03:02:778 (3) - (it would result in more dense and variable hitsounding (clap-whistle-whistle-clap-whistle))

its optional and up to you if you want to add variety but would feel more interesting

hitsounding overmapped notes is in some cases necessary so first part of this mod is applicable to the full song (excluding variety)

ill just address a bit of an issue i see with this map, rhythm density and/or inconsistencies;

so i can see that your main focus are mapping triples, bursts etc. on the majority of the map but sometimes there are no sounds to be mapped to so it looks as if ur trying to overmap intentionally

some parts i find okay overmapped considering there are hitsounds following them which provides some feedback at least but i could point out others that i just dont feel should be overmapped, starting off with my mod #992351 which explains briefly why it felt too much for song's intensity

00:57:605 (6,7,8,9) - vs. 01:30:709 (2,3,4,5) - take these for example, first timestamp sounds strong but it has feedback in the song which is barely noticeable but still there; however second timestamp sounds off because 01:30:795 (3) - has no feedback in the song and isn't covered with any hitsound so it could be removed altogether

02:10:192 (3,4,5) - and 02:11:398 (2,3,4) - these go off weirdly imo cuz the current drop is following only 1/2 gaps so it feels awkward as you didnt map triples beforehand

03:08:467 (6,7,8) - 03:07:605 (1,2,3) - these two sound really off and give no feedback, also inconsistent with the first drop which excludes following blue ticks for the first half of the drop

04:05:536 this drop is alright with all the triples cuz they seem to follow their common pattern so it fits the song and they are placed periodically instead of randomly which also represents some parts more naturally for a dnb song so this is a good example of how a drop could be mapped

beside these 4-5 suggestions above you could look for more inconsistencies because every drop follows a different theme even though they're all similar (1-3 is similar in melody) (2-4 has same vocals on second part) so it all kind of looks random

removed small burst at 02:11:657 , i have no idea what to do here 02:10:192 (3,4,5) though..

03:07:950 (2) - here i extended the slider and removed the note at 03:07:864
removed triple at 03:08:640

would be nice if you could tell me if rhythm is still alright and if flow is not bad, thanks.

definitely an improvement but 03:07:605 (1,2) - is now inconsistent with 03:02:088 (1) -
also add a circle 01:04:071 and 02:04:760 for consisntency with 00:58:467 (3,4,5) - and 02:10:192 (3,4,5) -

other than that, solid job

actually a ton of improper NCs throughout the map, try to NC downbeats (the big white ticks) consistently unless you want to explicitly add some emphasis on a pattern by adding a new combo there

Some of your flow makes this map really uncomfortable to play (this just as an example, it forces you to move very awkwardly from 3 to 4 http://prntscr.com/ntw8ta), id highly recommend watching pishifat's videos on flow if you havent already: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYGatwQszwQ and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ig7nTSbWwVc . It'll give you an idea of how to structure your map better and make it more fun to play

just a few examples: 01:32:260 - http://prntscr.com/nu0cme from 4 to 5 is uncomfortable for no reason, and if you wanted to emphasize the vocal you should space it more since its a bit cramped right now, 01:34:674 - http://prntscr.com/nu0dae from 5 to 6 is really awkward and the 7 makes it even more so - when putting objects after streams/sliders you gotta keep in mind in which side of the stream/slider you're putting the object - http://prntscr.com/nu0ek7 - picture the stream as a part of a circle - if the object after it is inside the imaginary circle, its more natural to aim for it, otherwise its more uncomfortable - which can be a good way to emphasize a sound but in this case i dont feel like 6 should be emphasized like this - if you didnt understand this btec explanation, watch the first video i linked, pishi explains it very well. If not I can try to explain better

Well, I changed some of the things you pointed out, would be nice if you could look at them and tell me if they are better now, also if there are more parts with flow issues, it would be super nice if you could reopen this and timestamp them.

the hitsounding in the first 30-40secs feels lacking is all it had is a whistle on every combo/2 large white ticks. you can probably add more whistles to the other parts where the guitar lands.

speaking of hitsounds, this isn't a big deal as everyone has their own method of doing it but it feels odd that your claps(which has drums) are mapped to kick sounds like 00:47:778 or the 3rd red tick on every measure. while the actual drums every 2nd white tick of the measure has whistles. idk it feels like you got it backwards.
