Consider these timing points first. Asking some other people to check them would be recommended as well since I'm not the best person to time songs
I asked my friend to check the timing point and I don't think adding timing point is necessary tho. The timing point is seems fine and nothing wrong imo
normal-hitnormal.wav and normal-hitfinish both have a noticeable delay before the peak of the audio and they should be changed appropriately that they'd have less than 5ms of delay. On top of that normal-hitnormal should be a bit louder to be distinguishable from the song.
The AR progression through the difficulties is kinda top-heavy, it could be more balanced as compared to going from 5 - 8.5 - 9.2
Jump of OD is also double between N-H compared to H-I
Pachiru definitely should not be in the tags. Also you should add tags such as "video game japanese"

i think sliders that end 00:07:153 here should have snapped sliderends to 00:07:194 , as well as here 00:07:653 is no sound, it appears 00:07:694, same for sliders ending on 00:08:486 , sound is on 00:08:528 . All sounds appear 1/8 gap later than you did. Would suggest resnapping these objects in hard and topdiff
It's a bit late for the sound but I think it's acceptable. I checked on the ranked version https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/761072#osu/1600475 and it seems to be fine on this timeline.
