offset -10 sounds very good

To me personally -10 doesn't sound good, it makes a lot of drums sound off

05:49:645 - i think the metronome reset should be here instead of 06:00:808 - , as the drum pattern starting at 05:49:645 - is identical to the one at 05:44:901 - , which is definitely a downbeat

it also shifts the downbeats in short break (05:56:203 - 05:58:435 - ) so they're 1/2 tick before the downbeat, which matches more what the song has been doing in other parts (01:55:647 - 05:15:739 - )

was there some timing confirmation or did u get something official? some part sounds off like 03:40:996 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - but im not rly good timing checker

the tempo came from release hallucination, but I placed the timing point myself. will get a timing check and leave this open

got the timing checked by https://osu.ppy.sh/users/7306698 who has timed an ozzy osbourne song and ranked it (https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/2145187#osu/4518349) and he said the timing was fine and follows the drums well

I added a few same-bpm timing points to align the metronome downbeats with the actual downbeats of the song as well. Timing should be all ready to go now

Wouldn't this song classify as Metal or Rock instead of electronic?

Seems a lot more fitting instead to me.
