Throughout the chorus, rhythm feels disconnected from the song.

The way you are using your 1/1 reverse sliders for everything doesn't capture what the song is doing.
Like 00:40:938 (1) -, notice how different is the sliderhead sound on this slider compared to 00:38:256 (1) - that has a cymbal on it. Even though its really clear you are representing the vocals with these it doesn't make much of sense to ignore everything else in the song and map them the same when in this case the drums are so different. -
Another thing worth mentioning, related to the first point, is how you use the exact same rhythm for parts that sound completely different. Like 00:48:983 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) -, you are using the same rhythm structure for both patterns even though the song is different for each one
To fix these:

You could replace the 1/1 reverse that aren't the same as the others in order to not only add more rhythm variation, but to give emphasis to those 1/1 reverse that actually make sense. For the 00:40:938 (1) - you could change the rhythm to something like this:
Keep in mind that by changing some of these 1/1 reverses you may need to add a few 1/1 breaks to the kiai since it is still a hard diff after all. -
Adding some differenciations to when the song changes is a way you could fix this problem, looking at the example I gave, you could change it to something like this:
