00:00:215 - probably move the red line to here and then place the greenline here as well (if there's any greenline for sv change like inner)? In this way the speed of first barline can be align with the speed of the first note as well.
you can check the effect of inner oni if you don't get it.
Additionally, you could add chocolate edm dance music short sped speed up version romanian french francais français pop remix ft. featuring

thanks for flagging that! applied the changes.
I modified the tags to the following, by taking out 'electronic' and 'French' as those are assigned on the beatmap's listing:

I don't think that 6.5 OD for the top diff is necessary, the intensity of the song and the difficulty doesn't really support it. It just feels overly hard, especially DT HR HD. Consider reducing it to 6? Also with the relatively low note count in the kantan, you could use a slightly higher HP, like 7.5. I also really don't think the intensity of the song supports a 4/5 OD kantan/futsuu. Consider reducing them to 3/4? Then you can have a nice 3/4/5/5.5/6 OD spread if you'd like.
There needs some adjustment to the HP/OD settings to the mapset.
Currently, The HP goes like Kantan ~ Oni 6 Inner 6.5 and the OD goes like 4 5 5 6 6.5,
both are not appropriate and should adjust more sequentially.
For OD, I think you can use 4 5 5.5 6 6.5 or otherwise,
and HP it should be quite easy to fix.
HP values don't really make that much sense since you generally use higher HP on the lower diffs due to the lower note count/density making them easier to pass, requiring a higher HP drain. Both Kantan and Futsuu are 6, with Muzukashii/Oni being 6.5. In terms of progression, this isn't that good. At the very least, having Kantan as 7 would be much better. (ie Kantan 7, Futsuu 6, Muzukashii 5, Oni 5.5 or 6, and Inner 6 or 6.5.)
