The way you NC objects has a problem. You should NC where the downbeat is (like in 4/4 signature, the downbeat is the first beat of the signature (?)) since it's the strongest. For example, you should NC 00:11:622 (2) - because the downbeat lands there, not 00:11:269 (1) - like what you're doing right now.
There isnt really any spacing emphasis used in the map and most of the time its jumps or just simple patterning where everything is right after the slider's tail.
00:53:622 (1,2,3) - this part for example, the music has a downbeat on 00:53:975 (3) - and this note is also way louder so you could emphasize it/make it feel important by spacing it more than 00:53:799 (2) -
Following Distance snap may work for lower diffs but here you need to consider more things to make a good map that fits the song
this also applies to jumps where you have just 1-2 placed or just large spacing circles with sharp angles, there is more to consider than that,
01:27:857 (6,7,8,1,2,3,4,1,2) - for example, if you listen to the music you can hear a 1-2-3 structure here with the 1 being louder each time so a possible way to map this would be by placing triangles.
This kind of stuff applies to all jumps
The rhythm in this map isnt really that great as it forces intensity in the quieter parts by extending it to 3/4 sliders or using 1/4 sliders for when vocals are sung on every 1/2.
This coupled with some placves where notes are placed on spots without sounds like in timeline and 00:13:916 (1) - make it so there is room for improvement.
Try to listen to the objects in the map and actually think as to what they are following, if there is no easy/clear answer then it might as well be that the rhythm could be improved
NC's during the entire map seem off as you NC the white tick before where the downbeat usually is and there is no real musical reasoning to make this seem correct, would try to take a look again at your NC's and maybe try and use the 1 every downbeat method so it fits more.

In the ranking criteria: https://osu.ppy.sh/help/wiki/Ranking_Criteria it states that a difficulty name must not be related to its beatmap creator (unless GD), you should change it to just "Ultra"
