Forgot to add, keeping OD at 7 for all of them. Brackets are rather hard to acc and there are some tough LN patterns in there. Also piano glissandos/arpeggios have mixed snaps of 1/4, 1/6, 1/8, etc. (to follow the music properly, of course), making it very hard to acc perfectly as well. I think OD 7 will help make acc'ing reasonable but still challenging.
Keeping HP 8 on Hard because of OD 7
Keysound modding:
I'll have a list of timestamps with stuff that I feel you should change. Several keysounds are straight-up incorrect, so I'll note them with [ ! ] if that's the case. I'll just be using the keysound names you have in the file even though the numbers indicate notes an octave below what they actually are. It's not really a big deal though.
The aim of these keysounds is to match the piano as accurately as possible. If there aren't enough notes in the chart itself to fully express the piano chords in the music, I will prioritize the most important notes. I do see that there are a few keysounds oriented to instruments other than the piano, so I have accounted for that too.
Timestamps are based on the Insane difficulty as there is no hitsound difficulty present.
Finally before I start I'll also say that I'm not perfect by any means - I have a record of my brain occasionally inserting notes where it thinks the music should go, which is really infuriating. Anyway...

00:28:934 (28934|2) - A4 [ ! ] - you could remove the keysound entirely if you want since it's so quiet
00:29:134 (29134|1) - F4 [ ! ] - same as the one immediately before

01:34:736 (94736|5) - F5 [ ! ]
01:36:193 (96193|5) - Remove this keysound - you could technically leave it, but there's very likely to be an intentional large gap in pitches here to create a desired effect

02:52:504 (172504|3) - Bb6 [ ! ] - the last 4 (including this) have a chord progression that's key to indicate, so I've marked them as such

I forgot to mention that this generally can be applied to the other difficulties too, in the form of storyboarded hitsounds via a hitsound copier. You can also use a copier from Insane to other difficulties and remove the storyboarded hitsounds if you so choose
That's generally how I do it anyway
Applied all of it except a couple of stuff. If you could double check these or if we find someone else to verify then that'd be great.
00:25:734 - There needs to be F5 in there. It doesn't sound right to me if it's not there.
03:44:057 (224057|2,224494|2) - If I could get where you got those sounds from, that'd be cool. If it's from the piano accompaniment then there is some inconsistency to your proposal as 03:49:154 has the same piano accompaniment (not necessarily the exact same note, but there are notes of some sort present) even though you said to remove a note.
For the first timestamp you mentioned, I put the wrong note. It's meant to be this one 00:25:734 (25734|2) -
For the second timestamp, the piano notes are faint from what I can hear. However, this could very potentially be my brain inserting notes that aren't actually there - in that case, if you want to play it safe you should get another person to quickly verify the notes for this
gonna just lay this here, hmu when you feel that this is ready for a check, loving it so far!
