00:07:649 (2,3,4) - would make more sense to ctrl+g this rhythms so violin would be followed similarly to 00:08:312 (5,6,7) and you are already simplifying bells with 00:07:318 (1)
i would've had 00:13:283 (1) - active but i thought for a quiet section right after a pause it felt quite weird to play, so im gonna leave this as is
00:18:808 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - current rhythm feels a bit too active for such a calm part of the song, would map the piano with reverses here instead to remove the sudden spike in density.
00:18:808 (1) - while it seems like a simplified version of whats happening in the song, there acutally are 2 sounds on 00:18:753 and 00:18:835 which are snapped to 1/4 and starting from 00:18:918 the 1/3rd begins (it actually seems like 1/7, but for playability 1/3 seems fine as the difference is very minor).
The thing is that current object placement sounds kinda off for both sounds so prob you can get away with placing a circle just on 00:18:753 to match the loudest piano as second sound isn't very audible. Alternatively you could cover both mentioned sounds with 2 circles or a kickslider if you don't want sudden snapping switch between actively clicked objects.
00:57:701 (1) - would shorten this up to 00:59:358 where vocals are ending and start spinner from 00:59:441 or 00:59:524. This would also help to make spinner longer as current one barely reaches minimum requirement of 1000 points.
01:15:933 (1,1,1,1) - this nc spam doesn't seem to be necessary as patterning already does enough emphasis and those NCs might be interpreted as a sign for 1/3 section instead considering you've done them before (i.e. 00:18:808 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1))
