In general kiai time, I am concerned about the placement of the 1/4.
Many of them are like the placement of 00:10:962 (10962|1,11045|3,11045|0) - or 00:11:712 (11712|2,11712|0,11795|3) -.
The music and placement do not match and will be very disconcerting to those who play.
Try placing three 1/4 for a 3-stroke sound, and use 1/2 for a 5-stroke sound such as 00:11:712. or place like 00:33:045 (33045|3,33129|2,33212|3,33295|2) -.
