Following the metadata posts from there 2143512#4270580 (correct unicode title) + 2143512#4217949 (proper romanized version of the title), you should probably go with MuseDash ga Nani ka Chotto Okashiku Natta Ki ga Suru for the romanized title or Bug & Bug & Bug in MuseDash. The only place where I could find that English title was here https://linkco.re/zrXezFVY?lang=en though I'm not sure how reliable that link is.
