There's no ranked set, so first point does not apply
Personally I think each of these is a legit option, although I'm a bit concerned about the apostrophe in swimswim's sources. I'd discuss that with potential BNs if the one with an apostrophe should be used or not
All four difficulties are pretty lackluster contrast wise due to very similar spacing and constant rhythm throughout each diff. This can be seen by comparing the chorus and verses such as 00:35:316, 01:34:211, and 01:57:770 which vary in intensity yet feel the same strain wise.
In general, I feel that the set could use more variations in rhythm and spacing.
For top: Would swap the spacing of 00:35:316 and 00:58:874 and buff 01:34:211 since the sections with cymbals feel really similar to the ones without it. Additionally, you could introduce more unique rhythms by making use of more passive rhythms like adding more jumps or repeat sliders to contrast with the high amount of actives.
For insane: Similar as above, would buff the choruses in spacing as well as add more rhythm variety such as using 1/1 gaps like what you did at 01:02:187 (8,1) - 01:04:395 (5,1) -, or introducing more actives like bursts, 1/2 sliders and other 1/2 rhythms.
For hard: Suggest adding more 1/1 gaps to introduce some variety in place of some of the filler rhythm as a majority of the map is constant rhythm spam which is pretty straining for players of this level.
For normal: Think that the rhythm could use more variety by adding some 1/2 reverse sliders every now and then or making some of the chains longer by adding more actives since theres more leniency due to the low bpm.
